Coming off a 6-week Prodienolone/Epistane cycle ----> http://anabolicminds.com/forum/supplement-reviews-logs/179790-808rebels-summer-shred.html. Started at a dry 210, and finished at a lean 226-227. I made my way up to 235 on the cycle, but started feeling fat, so I cleaned up the diet. Strength and muscle mass went up significantly, BF went down, zero side effects besides being slightly shut-down. Here's the plan for my PCT:

Anabeta: 4/4/4/4 (If I notice that I respond to anabeta well, I will undoubtably order another and continue use for 8 weeks)
i-Force Reversitol v2: 4/3/2/2/1
Titanium: 2(on cycle)/3/4/4/4 (It was working @ 2/day, so i will adjust the dosage to what I feel is best)
Clomid: 100(first 3 days), then 75/50/50/25
NOW Liver Regenerator & Detoxifier: 1 AM, 1 PM
Liv.52: 1 AM, 1 PM



Daily Supps: Orange Triad, NOW Fish Oil, Xtend, NutraPro Naturals, MGN American Iso, Revamp (still experimenting with it, may save it for later)

Im planning to make new gains, not just solidify my progress.

Tried to do a lat spread, but it's frikin hard to do while trying to keep a steady hand and take a pic, blurry fail.

Day 1: Shoulders
Standing BB OHP: 95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 145x5, 140x5, 140x5, dropset: 135x5, 115x5, 95x10
Seated DB OHP: 60x8, 70x5, 70x5, 60x5, 50x10
Cable Upright Row: 80x10, 100x10, x3, 80x15
Burnout Superset: Single-Arm DB OHP w/ Single-arm DB Rear-Dealt Row, 4 sets

Notes: Today's weight is 229 lb, but I feel bloated, more like 227 lb (yesterdays weight). Also, no nausea, so no clashing supplements. I was a little worried about stacking so many things at once. My strength felt good, even though my body was sore all over, I managed to get in a good shoulder workout.

Hell of a stack right there. Let us know how strength is. WOuld be awesome to not get any of that strength decrease typical in PCT

First off, Anabeta is making me ridiculously hungry! It's retarded. I didnt even have food cravings this strong while I was on. Im not complaining tho, just saying.

Day 2: Chest. I dont normally do chest after shoulders, but it was the only muscle that wasn't completely fried. Normal split is Shoulders / Legs / Chest / Back, with occasional rest days when needed.

Flat BB Bench: 135x10, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 245x5, 245x3, 225x5, 185x8, 135x15
DB Floor Presses: 85x5, 90x5, 95x5, 95x3
Machine Incline Press: worked in the 100-160 range for reps
Sideways single-arm Decline Press Machine: 45x12, 70x10, 90x10, +a couple sets in proper form

I actually was born in Kauai but moved to Oahu when I was like 3. My dad still lives on kauai though. Good to know another misplaced hawaiian is on the forums though :D

ATG BB Squats: 135x8, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 275x5, 295x4, 295x5, 275x5, 225x8
Front BB Squats: 185x5, 205x5, 225x3 (back was feeling fatigued so i stopped)
Ham/Glute Raises: BWx10-15 for 4-5 sets, [sloppy form, it was my first day trying it.]
Bulgarian Split Squat: 35x12, 35x10, 35x10, Bwx15, BWx15

notes: The appetite is still insane. Carbs dont seem to effect my BF like it normally does. Strength is down a little from being "on" but im not gunna let that bother me, I still gunna push. As long as I can stay at this size it would be awesome.

Day 4: Back
Legs were shot from yesterday so I stuck with back-iso workouts. No deads/standing rows. It was a high rep/seldom rep
Pullups: BWx10 x3
Seated Cable Row: 130-160 for 5-6 sets
Lat pulldown (using hanging loops): 130-160 for 5-6 sets, + single arm version for 2 sets
Bent Over DB Row: 80x10, x3, 70x10
EZ Curl: 80x10, 90x6, +reverse grip 40x10, 50x10
DB Curls: 30-40lb x3 sets to failure

How is/was the clomid @ 100mg? I can't decide if I want to start at 100 or 75 for the first few days

Ive done it before and it effected my vision in the past. But this time around i didnt experience any type of side from the clomid.

Noticed right off the bat that my body hadnt recovered from the last workout, stuck with moderate weight, and went for failure on most sets/

Standing BB OHP: 45x15, 95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 145x4, 140x5, 135x5, 135x5, 115x5, 95x8
Seated OHP Machine (iso): 10-30lb/side for reps, ~6 sets
DB Overhead Front Raise: 20x5, 17.5x8, x3 superset w. dumbell rows (all lightweight)
Burnout on a different OHP Machine

Had flag football practice from 9:45AM to 2PM, my body is FRIED! my back is shot from all the deadlifts yesterday, and my legs have pains EVERYWHERE. No gym today, I'll make it there tomorrow tho for sure.

lol, that Formula X is something i'd really like to try out, but theres so much that I wanna try. seems like there's A LOT of solid products hitting the market. One day :)

lol, i know it isn't weak, but I worked my way up to 315x5, and 325x3 at the very end of my cycle. granted im still way up from where i started before the cycle, 225x5. I know I got it in me to do more weight, but TBH, Im MUCH more concerned with targeting the correct muscles and working my way into failure. big numbers are for egotistics. Im all about form and contraction.

Yup. Form, muscle activation and no getting injured is key for awesome progress!
I don't even workout in a gym (I workout at home) so there is no showing off for me lol.

DB Shrugs: 70x10, 70x10, 80x10, 80x10 s/s with single arm db shrug w/ same weight, then finished with single arm, behind the back, db shrugs

Day 13: Rest?

Wasnt planning on resting, but i was at the Olympia Expo for like 5 hours and then I was busy all the way til night, and the DOMs are still strong in my legs and shoulders, so rest was ok. back at it tomorrow.

Hey have you tried that new MT pre-workout? Neurocore? The ingredient profile doesn't look all that bad for a MT product.
