so i was thinking the other day, my biggest improvements have been in my legs. but i havent been taking any kind of pictures...nor do i know how to flex everything at the same time, but i tried, lol. left leg.

T-bar (upper back): 45x10, 90x10, 115x9, 90x10, x2, 45x15
Seated Cable rows (underhand): 70-130 range 6 sets for 10
Cable Rope Upright Rows: 80x10, 100x10, 120x10
Lat Pulldown Machine: 90x10, 140x10, x2, + 4 sets of single arm iso








Tried to do a lat spread, but it's frikin hard to do while trying to keep a steady hand and take a pic, blurry fail.
