Hit chest last night it was 11 pm I had a ruff day at work. Strength felt real low. I didn't do supersets I just didn't have the strength or drive.
Also my recomp has turned into more of a cut. I haven't changed anything diet wise but I started his recomp at 206 and weighed in at 202 yesterday.
Flat bench 225x10 225x8 205x 9
Decline 205x10 205x10 205 x8
Incline 155x10 185x10 185x10
Fly machine 150x 10 3 sets
Lay pulldowns 150x10 160x10 170x10
Rows 120x10 130x10 140x10
Body weight pull ups 3 sets of 10
High row machine 6 sets forgot the weight and didnt right it down. First time using this certain machine but I liked it.
Push ups. 15,15,12,10,10
Came home from the gym libido was off the charts, keep trying to wake the girlfriend up but that wasn't happening.
Combustion has the lbs dropping off.
Lit. Up and Sns Arginine e2 matrix have pps insane
Sleep has been amazing

Tricep machine not sure of the name or weight
Libido is uncontrollable. I love it though.
Strength is staying about the same but weight has dropped from 206 to 201 so that's okay with me.

Yesterday was shoulders and legs I'm on this iPhone app and watching the twins so here is a quick update
Front lateral raises
Side lateral raises standing upright rows
Light dead lifts To get back in the game and work form
Libido is still extremely high but leveling off ( I don't know of it could even get higher)
Sleep is deep not even waking to pee but vivid dreams are gone, and only lasted a few days. When I wake up in the morning it takes me a little to get up bit once I do I feel so refreshed
Fat is melting off my stomach witht be combustion. I notice about 30 mins after dosing I sweat for about an hour. Weight is at 202 from 206 with no change in diet.
And on a side not I just made a t-bone steak, 4 eggs whites and obrian potatoes for breakfast and it was bomb !

HAHA!! Actually the past two nights I've slept through them completely. Usually I wake up to use the bathroom every night. Its a lot more refreshing not having that slight disturbance in my nightly rest!!

Then went for a burn went real slow up and down on the incline
Incline 135 x 15, 135x12, 135x 12
Lat pulldowns 150x10, 160x 10 170x 10
Rows 120x 10, 130 x 10 140x 10
High row machine dot remember the weight
Body weight pull ups 3 sets of 10
Libido is still extremely high. Sleep is still through the night. Weight is down to 198 ( I haven't change my diet at all. I don't see how I have stopes from 206 with just adding combustion 4 pills a day and EndoSurge 6 pills a day. But strength is about the same and i think I look the same size with a big loss in the midsection

Yea it's kinda tripping me out cuz I know there aren't any magic pills bit seriously 8 lbs and most of it if not all in my belly and love handles. I haven't been under 200 in a Long time.Originally Posted by mattrag
