Gonna break records with Anabeta,Wyked (Log)
This is my first log, hopefully you guys like it.
Im running Anabeta 4 caps a day, Wyked for a PW, PP creatine, Hica-max (just picked it up from GNC, looks promising)
I will post all my workouts (5 days a week)
Im going to rate out of 10 Energy,Pump,Strength,Taste,Vas cularity
Im bulking, so im gonna eat around 3,500-4,000 calories a day.

Wyked hasnt came in yet.. dunno why, but i started Anabeta today
Big chest workout
Flat bench- 165x10,165x10,185x8,205x5,225x 2,245x2
pushups with 45pd plate- 25x2
Barbell rows-145x10 2 sets,165x5 2 sets
Wide grip pullups-15x1,10x3
Energy- ?/10- Still no Wyked, but jack3d gave me energy
Recovery- 9/10, seems like im not sore at all
Strength-?/10- hasnt kicked in so ill know in a few days
I took 4 today, think im going to stay with that
i seem more hungry and thirsty for sure cant wait to see what happens
other supplements- PP creapure, Whey, Soon Adamanitum!

My Wyked came in yesterday, used it today and oh my god it's damn good. I smelt it and i thought it was gonna be bad but i was for sure wrong. I also ordered DA-HCG with my Wyked, but it is by far the worst tasting thing i have ever had. I almost puked, i tried it with water,my shake and even Wyked. So Adamantium is ordered! Now onto Anabeta,..
Yesterday was offday but took 4 caps with meals
Today i hit Chest again with Triceps, Damn the pump is getting intense now. Took 1 cap Pre, 1 Post and im going to finish the last 2 later on with meals.
Energy- 9/10, I had 100x more energy with Wyked than Jack3d
Pump- 10/10,Getting pretty intense now, felt like today it is slowly kicking in but this was also probably from Wyked
Strengh- ?/10, I will know next week if my strength is up, it's the same so far
Libido-?/10, dont know if Anabeta has anything to do with libido but id expect Wyked to increase it from the DAA

Well today i had a back/small bicep workout
Wide grip pullups- 4sets,8reps
Medium grip pullups-4sets,8reps
Seated cable pulley- 165x10,x180x10,200x10x2
Bent over BB rows- 135x10,165x10,185x10x2
Ez barbell curls-125x6x3
Vascularity-9/10- I can see way more veins coming out
strength-6/10- Only rated it low because it seems like i have a little more strength but barely because i dont think its kicked in yet.
Energy- 10/10- Wyked gives me great energy and i love it, plus the taste is amazing
Pump-10/10- Pumped up all day long
I dont really do biceps much but i decided to today, Anyways im not sure if the Anabeta has kicked in. It's been 6 days so i doubt it has kicked in. I think im going to run 2 bottles of this because it seems like my recovery is amazing. I have to pee so much and im always hungry too which can be very annoying. So far i am starting to like Anabeta, i love Wyked.

Anabeta is amazing, im gaining vascularity, little mass and a lot of strength too. I set a few PRs today too which was awesome.
Todays workout almost seemed easy, and last week i did the same workout just more reps this week
Strength-10/10- Definitely seemed like it has kicked in now, my strength has for sure gone up
Vascularity-9/10- Veins coming in more through biceps
Energy-9/10- Wyked is amazing and i get great energy
Pump-10/10- Still pumped all day
Cons- Hmm, none really.. i pee a lot, i have been having a very upset stomach(Bathroom!) but thats probably from the DAA from Wyked, im getting used to it now.
Pros- Strength is going up,vascular, Makes me eat more, easy to take.

Yesterday was off day, if you couldnt tell i dont post on offdays. But today was a back/leg workout.
something was really off today. Well i wouldnt say off because my strength is still going up, but i felt terrible. I ate today a lot before my workout so i dont know what it was. I felt like i was gonna crap my pants, i felt like i was gonna puke too.
Strength-10/10. still going up
Energy-9/10, nice energy
Vascularity-8/10, same as last week so i rated lower
Pump-7/10. i didnt really get pumped today like other days
anyways its still going great, hopefully saturday is better.

Had a small easy workout today took about 45minutes, but it was so easy. Lovin Anabeta a lot.
Ill post my next workout, this workout wasnt that big so its not really worth it.

Its great to have new people in! but yeah ill check that out. I had to stop taking Wkyed the stuff gave me the worst stomach ache and i had to run to the bathroom way to much. My stomach must not like DAA but im pretty pissed, wyked was good with amazing taste.Originally Posted by mattrag

Had a nice chest and tricep workout today. Anabeta has really fully kicked in now, its been 2 weeks too. Im losing weight id say because i have football practice and a sweat a crap load. But my strength is going up tons, same with vascularity.
Strength-10/10-broke a few PRs
Energy-7/10 i dont really get a lot of energy anymore because i stopped taking wyked
Pump-7/10, dont feel as pumped today
Really love anabeta, i still have about 2-3weeks left of my bottle so lets get more PRs broken!

Today i had a great workout I did back, and i increased my deadlifts 10lbs, and the same amount of reps. Last week i struggled for 5 reps of 425, this week i did easily 5reps of 435. Im not great with deadlifts btw thats why the weight isnt huge.
Strength 10/10-going up huge
love this stuff so much.

My max is 285x1. i think i posted my max as 295 before but i mistyped it. I want to hit 315. if i can get 300 tomorrow that would be awesome.

Thats really good. I have really good leg strength and decent back strength so i can do pretty good at deadlifting. I had a messedup spine, it was misaligned and curved and everything was messedup but my chiro fixed that so now i can deadlift again. Unfortuantly i seemed to messup my hip today at deadlifting, it kills.. probably pulled something.

Was gonna workout today but messedup twice. 1. i forgot to take my doses 2. i had a who festival where i just ate tons of junk which probably wasnt so good but im bulking anyways and i ate alot of chicken too. Tomorrow ill be doing some light chest, tuesday is heavy chest.

Monday- Chest little triceps
Flat bench-165x10x2, 175x10x2,185x10x2,205x10x2
Regular pushups- 50x2
Diamond pushups- 35x2
Tuesday- Chest again, and some curls
was exhausted today
BB curl- 95x10x2,135x8x2
DB curl- 35x10x4
then just 15 minutes of stretching
Strength-9/10, still goign up but didnt recover very good.. forgot to drink my amino acids :O
Recovery- 5/10- was very sore the next day but probably shouldnt have done chest again
Vascularity- 9/10- Same, still getting more veins
Mass-5/10- Am running alot because of football.. so cant see my mass going up now.
Still going strong, tomorrow gonna do some DEADLIFTS!lol
