Putting VidaSupps VidaTest to the Test
I received a 3 month supply of VidaTest to do a log on. This will be that log. I received the bottle 5 days ago, and I have been taking it for the past 5 days. I will do regular updates on my mood, libido, lift strength, and gain. This will allow me to chart any progress made with this supplement.

This is my first log, so I am taking advice from my lifting partner.
He suggested I list my lifts and stats.
I'm 5'11 220 pounds, and actually hoping to gain some weight. I'm eating around 4500 calories right now while bulking. My goal weight would be around 235 pounds if I can hit that at a moderate body fat %.
I recently maxed out on the bench press, squat, and deadlift @ 325 pounds, 400, 475; respectively.
I am hoping to improve those numbers while bulking, and maintain strength after said bulk.
As I said I have been taking VidaTest for 5 days now. I have noticed a change in mood for several hours after taking this product. I feel slightly more energetic, less lethargic, and slightly happier overall. I have also noticed a slight change in my sleeping habits. I am normally a light sleeper and the last night didn't seem to be nearly as light.
I will make at least three updates a week, with any noticeable changes as well as possibly posting up my workout routine when I can.

Subbed. Have my own 3 month supply but am holding it for a few months until PCT along with AnaBeta. Hope this turns out well for you. I'm glad to see you're already noticing the sleeping aspect, seems to be the first thing people notice with DickForge V3.

Had a very solid leg workout today. I slept really well also, so that part of this product seems to work. I feel more rested than usual for sure.

Subbed...Im running a 3 month supply as well, but I may make the supply shorter as Im considering running 4 caps a day.
Are you considering upping the dose? I believe the "original" product it was suggested that those over 180 may take 4 caps a day.

Yeah I guess I didn't do the math but apparently this will only be a little over 2 months worth of log. Would've liked to ran it the full 12 weeks, but at my weight I need 4 caps daily.
On another note I am noticing some increase in libido along with improved quality of sleep. More accurately my f&*$buddy is noticing.

I'm not sure if this is typical for this product, but I am also experiencing more frequent BMs as well.
I haven't really noticed anything in the gym as of yet, but most test boosters usually take up to two weeks for that effect to show. Outside the gym though, much improvement in multiple facets of life.

Took the weekend off. Hitting the gym this afternoon.
So far I am noticing these things for sure:
1) Increased libido
2) Improved digestion
3) Better quality of sleep.
I anticipate seeing some changes in the gym sometime this week.

Today was leg day, and I don't really feel like putting in my entire workout. Let's just say I am noticing some pretty significant increase in strength right now.
I did hack squat, leg press, still leg deadlift, leg ext., leg curl, calf press, calf raise, glute ham raise, and finished off with OLY squats. My strength and endurance was up a very high amount on every lift. We're talking very noticeable here, not the typical 5 pound gain over a week or so period. More like I finished squats last week with 355 pounds, today I finished with 375 and did it easily.

I've been pretty busy at work recently, but I did arms today it was a great workout. I'm feeling this in the gym for sure.

I feel quite a bit from this stuff, it's just hard to really describe what it is doing. It's noticeable in the gym and out of the gym, but hard to pinpoint the exact changes.

The thing is though it seems like I just feel different somehow, like maybe I'm in a better mood or something? This effect is pretty hard to describe, I just feel slightly different in a good way.
My favorite part aside from the strength and libido are that I seem to be leaning out a lot more. I just look better, my abs are showing more, etc.
