Helladrol/Katanadrol 2.0 Cycle with LeanGains diet

Hi all,

So today I'm starting a new cycle and diet to have a recomp/cut.

Stats:
22yo
5'9"
185
12-14%

Stack and supps:

Helladrol 100 x 6 weeks
Katanadrol 250 x 6 weeks
Fish oil
RecoverPro 30g day on fasted training
Myofusion
Sustain Alpha 3on/3off 5ml
Ironmag Labs Cycle Support 3 caps at night
PP Liver Juice 5ml at night
Need2Slin 1 cap before each of 3 meals

PCT:
Nolva/Clomid/Torem (feedback appreciated as to what to take, prone to gyno)
Toco-8
EndoAmp Max
Sustain Alpha
TCF-1 (DAA)

Diet:
Following LeanGains Diet with morning training.

10g BCAA's pre-workout and again at 8 and 10

Lunch at 12/1 largest meal of day

Meal #2 at 4

Last meal at 7

Calories are probably going to be around 3000 to facilitate loss of BF while some lean gains.

Training:
30-45 minutes cardio daily
Weight training 30-45 minutes daily
Sunday off

Day 1:

50mg hdrol 100mg katana w/ fish oil @ 7am

12: Chicken breast, cup pasta, homemade sauce

1: 50mg hdrol 150mg katana

130: 30 minutes elliptical (still can't run after a knee surgery), chest and back 16 working sets of 10 reps per muscle group.

245: 2 scoops myofusion, 2 tbsp pb, 2 chicken breast, cup pasta

Dinner: going with a lean cut of beef and veggies for dinner tonight.

9: liverjuice and cycle support


Will keep this type of diet, idea everyday.

No effects yet, obvioulsy going to take a couple weeks to see results. Only big thing is frequent urination, probably from katana (used it before). 1.5 gallons a day of water

Day 2:

Lunch: 4oz steak, 2 eggs, vegetables with shells

Meal 2: 6 triscuits with 1 cup cottage cheese

Meal 3: Peanuts and cottage cheese

I was busy so my diet wasn't as much whole foods as I wanted. Probably around 2000-2500 calories for my rest day.

Still not feeling anything, just going the bathroom a lot more from all the water and katanadrol

Day 3:

Fasted cardio upon waking with 10g BCAAs

Lunch: 4oz flank steak, Caesar salad, cottage cheese

Meal 2: 10g BCAAs, 40g whey, 2 slices bread with 2TBSP PB

Meal 3: Hummus, chicken breast, cucumber & tomato salad

Hit bi/tri today. Probably placebo effect but feel very motivated and stronger. Recovery feels good between set and soreness next day isn't too bad.

So thirsty on this stack though

yeah haha, i actually changed into a sd/katanadrol stack. I stopped logging cause of the change.
