On a short cut. Running per day:
Current weight : 177 (skinny bishe) fight weight = 168
Alpha burn :2
Running a clean low carb diet, not too strict until I hit lower levels of bodyfat.
Workouts are a bit stunted as I am recovering from a knee injury. Today will be the first time getting back into the boxing gym, pain or not I just want to fight.
Will update with before and after photos. I have a boxing match next month God willing my knee recovers in time.
