Hemavol, Nitroceps, C-Bol, and Power Shock: Increasing vascularity

Hello All! I am putting together a good supplement stack for increasing vascularity (main goal), endurance, and strength. My diet has been geared towards recomping and my training has been and will continue to be full body workouts on Mon/Weds/Fri. I switch between dumbells, cables, barbells on some exercises and I use some machines when I feel like it. My bodyfat has continued to slowly drop and I'm happy with my progression. I have a lot of spare time to cook and make smoothies and I don't have cheat meals. I save 'cheats' for emergencies and they aren't really cheat meals. If I am out and have gone too long without having food, I'll get a Supreme protein bar and a Lean Body Shake or a VPX low carb protein shake and I'll consider that a cheat. My diet consists of 3 whole food meals that are lean red meat and sometimes chicken or fish along with yams or rice with veggies. I make about 4 smoothies a day consisting of 40-50 grams of protein (Nutrapro) and frozen berries, bananas, and/or mangos along with water and a cup of Fiber One yogurt. This has been working out good for me, for now, so I will stick with it for the time being. I have experimented with all kinds of eating habits and so far this has been doing me really well as far as my energy levels, protein needs, and such. My performance at the gym has been very good and I'm able to keep a high level of intensity and short rest periods and minimal cardio is needed for now. I'm going to slowly try to add more mass as well. My family genetics allow me to keep size easily, but if I don't watch my sodium and unhealthy fats and sugars, I can put on fat fairly easily and that's not what I want. Anyways...

I will update this log accordingly when I notice visible changes and/or if I add or remove something I'll let you know. Like I said, I'm hoping (and have a lot of faith) that this combo along with some other supps I'm taking will increase vascularity. I am lingering at 216-220lbs dry weight and will probably stay within this range for a little bit until I bump up the calories accordingly.

Some other supplements I'm taking that effect vascularity are:
Glycobol
Modern BCAA (maybe?)
GHRP-6 200mcg before bed
Arginocarn

I am thinking of getting Protocol by Genomyx and Slin Sane by Genomyx to use along with Glycobol to kinda switch it up a bit and criss-cross the 2 products. I'd like to invest in Endoamp Max if I can find the money for it, but we'll see how everything goes so far. I have a couple pics I will post up for now and the next array of pics will be just a pair on running shorts. I am wearing my cheesey hat in the one pic and the other is just boxer briefs as I figure legs are important to illustrate and I do get vascularity in my quads and calves, though I have had issues with one of my hip flexors and I have been doing the squat machine, hamstring curls, and leg extensions for the time being.

It's only been a few days of using these products (4 consistently with Nitroceps and Power Shock/Modern BCAA mix and 2 workouts on Hemavol), but my vascularity is increasing already. I'll be posting pics in the same pair of running shorts and I'll have ones up by Monday. Pumps on Hemavol are insane btw!

Hey Rob! I've been wondering where you've been at brother. You still doing good with your training? Thanks for subbing. I'm going to try and post up pics and give observations in detail at least every week.

I did have a couple high sodium meals over the weekend (not my typical thing) and with all the fluids I drink and retain before/during/ and somewhat after the workout, I must say that I do look a little puffier than usual. I don't mind. I like that the muscle density stays and so does the vascularity. The pumps have become insane after a few workouts and I will need wrist wraps for some back exercises, as I can not execute many sets due to the forearm pumps.

Yesterday I did a full body workout and today I just did some ab work. I only end up using the Hemavol 3 days a week. I may get Protocol for the increased agmatine and use 2 doses of it on my in between days. Blueprint used to give me the runs, but Hemavol does not. It tastes GREAT and works amazing! A+ thus far. Nitroceps is definitely great and easy to dose as far as timing. I took some pictures today as I am thoroughly impressed by the all day pumped feeling and vascularity even when I lower my carb intake. I vary my carbs day to day based on how I feel and what I feel like doing. I eat instinctively. I like wearing hats when I have my picture taken, so don't make fun ;)

I figured I'd throw in a leg pic. I have been doing heavier leg extensions and heavier leg curls for the past couple months to try and bring out better definition.

Thanks guys. Yeah, the Nitroceps was really great when I ran it a while ago when it made it's debut. I kept trying new NO products and then never really got the same satisfaction as I got from Nitroceps. Now, I'm stacking the Nitroceps (favorite arginine based vasodialator) with the nitrates (work well for me) and Hemavol which seems awesome. It's almost too good to be true. Hey B Natty, I'm thinking that because I have 5 Gs of citrulline malate per serving with the Hemavol, that I'll get Cordygen 5 again to stack with it and maybe even Athlytes.

Hey Seccsi, what's good? It's a really sick stack and the endurance and decreased fatigue and need for rest is incredible. These are only initial effects. It's crazy.
