    Dang thats some serious action on break. How do you like OsteoSport? I've fiddled with ever kind of joint supp there is besides this. I like Animal Flex but seems to run out fast, Orange Triad just doesn't seem enough joint support and Joint Force is the most amazing thing for a spray. But i've been looking to find something else wondering what your thoughts are.

    Osteo-Sport to me is the best you could get, I wish we made it for sampling so I could send you some. I have my dad and wife using it also and they agree its a keeper.

    The inspiration is just spreading everywhere! The fit apocalypse!
    Like those workouts, i enjoy doing dips/pull-ups more than anything else. My back workout is just gonna be pull-ups and yate's rows haha

    Make a thread for the pull up and dip challenge at the same time. Ill start tomorrow but I want to do all mine with 50 pound DB.

    Yate's rows (Thanks TG)
    maxed at 4 plats (could of done more but decided to pace myself)

    maxed at 8 plats but was doing in reps of ten
    Pull ups (alternating sets with Deads no stopping to rest) 5 reps with each DB
    45, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 (the one hundred was video taped by my wife Shana but I only got 4) PR all the way baby

    Work stressed me out a lot today to the point where I wanted to lift till I couldn't think about it anymore so thats what I did. I actually laid down after all of this and took a five minute nap before my wife woke me up. Lots of people stopped to watch me workout and asked lots of questions so I passed out a lot of samples today and suggested signing up here

    Few updates before bed

    I still haven't post measurements but I will try asap, I've been working 90 hours a week and will continue this at least two more months. I'm selfishly working my ass off to pay off my car and buy a motorcycle with cash so as you can see fun stuff.

    My next update will be a weeks breakdown and include measurements. Before I forget this log is on other boards and I'm lacking updates there but I have to try to get a lot of things done during my none work hours so its tying me up right now. I'll update those as well this weekend.

    Lastly two bottles Formula X ordered today and depending on how things go I will order two more bottles.

    Shoulder Circuit Lat raise into Front raise into Hammer front raise into Shoulder Press 30pd DB 10 reps each 3 sets
    Seated Shoulder Press 10 sec break between sets 5 reps each 30,40,50,60,70,75,80 pound dumbbells PR (I want to get up to 100 but I'd need a spotter)

    I was actually feeling like a walking zombie from lack of sleep but it was fun to workout and pass out samples at the gym tonight. I hope I can pick things up as this is my official return to bring the log up to date. I have time now to update and do measurements but cannot seem to find the tape to do so

    Anyway I'll be doing weighted pull us and weighted dis tonight for the challenge. I have my Formula X and took 2 servings in my Appnut bottle and will be taking four servings in my 1 gallon bottle tonight for work. The taste is good, they did a fantastic job masking the bcaa taste, you can still taste it but its not bad at all.

    I forgot to mention I dropped a pants size. I had to take my work pants in to get tailored today because they keep falling down.     If I do it once my goal is to raise the weight each week and force myself to do it to completion that way I never plateau again as well as never lose. Once he starts training to beat it I'll be on another level.

    I forgot to mention I dropped a pants size. I had to take my work pants in to get tailored today because they keep falling down. I've been thinking it feels like I'm losing weight but I thought it was all in my head. Anyway I upped titanium to 6 caps a day and will be running this stack 2 months.

    I actually got into a car accident this morning and broke the front axle and pretty much everything around it lol but the funny thing is the car body only has a few scratches so it still looks new. Dealership says 3500 to fix and I'm going to try to tow to another place now and get a cheaper estimate. On the flip side I'm ok and thats all that matters, I make enough to fix it but I refuse to pay that much when I could put that down on a new car.
