Wow, I was doing singles for deadlifts yesterday and I pulled my lower back... pretty badly.
Sad part is I was only doing around 245 (was doing doubles) and it snapped... Today I am able to lay up and down w/o causing immense, eye watering pain but I know how to work around this when lifting (Yea... i've done something similar b4.)
Weight today was 91kgs (Most of yesterday I was on the floor stretching and trying not to be in pain so I didn't eat much). that's down 4kgs more.
I hate how flour/gluten bloats me to all hell. Tonight I ate around 3kgs of meat at the farewell bbq, not all lean but I know if I intake more than 1kg of really lean meats w/o fats I tend to get an episode of IBS. So I try to keep the protein/fat ratio around 50/50 or 60/40. Tomorrow~ Sunday I have to meet with my inlaws and go to someone's house to give a thank you gift. After that it's another meeting with my photographer and good friend for dinner. Monday I start day 1 of the UD2 and my 15weeker. With some good rest and stretching I should be able to at least do most of the depletion exercise at home.
