Figured i'd start a log for people who were in my shoes a couple days ago looking for results of the EC stack
I took a before picture which i will post at the end of the 4-6 weeks.
I'm Not sure how long i'll be on EC, but 4 weeks is the minimum.
I decided to not use the aspirin and instead use Omega 3 .
Diet is looking very clean consisting of:
Carbs - Oatmeal. MRP. Sweet potatoe.
Protein- 97/3 lean turkey, chicken breast, Whey protein shake, eggs*
Fats- Olive Oil from cooking.
-EC @ 25mg E/200mg C 3x daily.
-Omega 3 Fish oil
Resistance training: 5x Days/week
Cardio: Light cardio-medium cardio 3x Days/week
* I am not a morning eater. sitting in front of 6 egg whites and a whole egg is near impossible for me to get down. I instead drink a shake consisting of 2scoops protein. 1 cup oatmeal. and a raw whole egg. Not as good as eating the real thing, but its the best i can do.
I'll make a weekly update of weight loss.
