45 yrs old
powerlifter not really bodybuilder
currently 190lbs compete I cut to 185lb
had knee surgery little less than yr ago so still little light on squats and deads working my way back
What all do you guys wanna see on the log?!
lifts and wieghts
weekly wiegh ins
everyone throw in there .02 censt worth!! let's throw some freakin" iron!!

I want to know how it tastes, what kind of energy/benefits it gives in the gym and if the effects of it lessen over time.

lol no way I am that big at 190!! I just finished my pct on a dzine/lmg stack so i am hoping this will help motivate me and help me keep all the strength increases I had ,they held strong thru pct so thats a great start

figured I would give this a "bump" started new workout /always changing it up 3 or 4 months
moved to HIgher sets and Higher reps 6 sets of 20-25 freakin' sore sore sore
haven't recieved product yet but anxiously awaiting

wow purus labs it arrived today!! opened tub and smelled hmm didn't smell hot but mixed it up and DAMN YUUUUMMMY
seemed like 10 minutes and I aklready felt a "lift"
great energy and focus stayed with me for a solid 2hours!! if this still rocks me all the way thru whole tub def looking to drop a few bf%
only compliant could you guys have made the printing on tub any smaller ?? geez I need to buy a magbifing glass some of us older guys cant see that tiny print!

hey alright bros got a few watchers!!
my job is a biiiaaatch some times 65 to 72 hrs per week !!
been rough last couple days hopin' to hit the iron tonight . I bring the marinade premixed in bottle to work so I can drink on way home and BAM be ready to go as soon as I change.
On vacation starting Sunday so hoping to hit it everyday in someway then -IE- if not lifting and having rest day from weights will do cardio then

have you experienced any kind of euphoria while on MM. the last time i took it was about 1.5 years ago, and about 20 min AFTER my workout i got a really crazy euphoria sensation. only happened when i took MM. im not complaining, it was great! also, hows the new flavor?

MP Assault is one of the few pwos that I haven't tried, but I can definitely highly recommend Muscle Marinade as my preferred choice

i picked up the assault because rosie is always giving it great reviews. plus, it works! im liking it so far. MM was definitely a good one from what i can remember (its been well over a year and half). the only preworkout mixes that i have disliked due to performance are: 1MR (too much damn caffeine), superDump 250 (on the toilet within 30 min of taking) and NaNO vapor (just didnt work at all).

One of the reasons I like MM so much is that is doesn't have any arganine in it, because lately anything with arganine (superpump, white flood, etc) absolutely destroys my digestive system for the rest of the day.
