    So the biggest improvement was in legs, which is right where I wanted it, and you'll notice it in the pictures when I load them. Also good improvement in chest given my situation with an injured shoulder preventing me from benching.

    My wife noticed it really in my legs and shoulders. Arms didn't grow much, it was between 14.5" and 14.75" this time, so small improvement, but my arms RARELY grow much. I may need to put more emphasis on them...

    I'm still disproportionate in my lower body, I'm going to have to step up my isolateral work to get my left caught up. Either that or I can look like the dude from "Lady in the Water" who only worked the one side of his body for the lulz... NAH!

    So, from here, I'm looking forward to seeing what a 2nd bottle of AnaBeta will do! I might even extend out and add a 3rd bottle depending on how things are progressing!!! So far, I'd compare my time on AnaBeta to that of a low-dosed mild prohormone, like Bold or 1-Andro. Both work best 6-8 weeks, so I'm interested to see where I'll be at those points in time, but progress is on track...

    I started off late, and only got 4.5hrs of sleep, but damn did those squats feel GOOD!!! The 315 is easy to bust out 10 straight now, quite a feat when I was struggling for 5 reps when I started. 405 was my PR on box squats, however I didn't go low enough for my liking, so I'm not counting it as a PR yet. Next week I should be ready to do it though!

    Leg press I was just too gassed from the squats to put up much weight. I did some extra work for my left leg, I don't know how I'm going to bring it up a whole inch though relative to my right leg! Synthol? LOL!

    Really though, great leg workout just for the squats, I'm really making significant improvements while on AnaBeta.

    I too am a master of baiting! Tons of hands on experience!

    Honestly the dips are a superior chest exercise to flat bench. You may need to go a tiny bit wider if you aren't feeling much in the chest. Should really bring up the lip under your chest as well is make the lower inside portion of your chest thicker which once defined will make the difference between your torso and chest that much more severe. Hell of a workout and impressive gains. Getting a 1/4 inch on arms for someone whose arms don't like to grow is awesome I know because it is hard for me to put any more size on my arms.

    LOL, I'd give you a high five, but, uhhhhh, well...

    I am liking the dips, they're working pretty well, though it's just a macho/ego thing about benching that I want to be hitting 300+ (350 really) for reps as a goal. No reason why, I just do... But yeah, the dips should really help bring up some of my neglected areas in my chest, so not a bad thing, though I feel my WHOLE chest needs development!

    LOL, I hadn't been thinking of it that way! I'm still stuck in the bench mentality, too hard to break free!!! (but really cool to think about it that way)

    I'd be good with that, but Ben has done +70kg at a bw of 100kg, so I've got to beat 374lbs for USA!

    Thanks, I still need to work on my pullups! I'd like to do 20 solid in a row, and hang 45-90lbs and get ~5 reps or so (10 would be nice )...

    I don't do chin-ups, I just do pull ups. When I want to work biceps/inner back, I tend to do more CG pull downs. Really the only pullups I do are as wide as the bars will go, I want WINGS!

    I know what you mean, you want it to look like if someone threw you out of an airplane with no parachute you could just spread the lats and glide down safely, LoL!

    Chest felt good today, a lot of tightness from the dips. It seems very sore on my inner/lower pecs. They're getting tougher, and it seems like my triceps are failing first.     Regardless, seems like chest is making good progress!

    AnaBeta is great stuff, I think it works best when spread through the day. A little tricky with IF.

    For the most part I can go 2 and 2 with noon and evening meals, however this does pose a problem on burn days where I often extend my fast in which case it would be late afternoon and night meals.

    Fun leg day, really hurt LOL! Squats continue to get stronger and make progress. 405 wasn't bad, got plenty deep this time, hopefully will increse reps next week. 335 x 10 and 355 x 8 were both PR's for me, so good progress there as well. I'm going to keep pushing the weight as long as I can get 8-10 reps and stay in that general range for now.

    I had a really rough time on the leg press at 900lbs, on the rest pause I almost didn't get the 2nd rep, I was close to bailing on it. Pushed through though, glad I got it! Some day I'm going to have to do leg press before squats since I am totally burnt out by the time I get to leg press...

    Still doing great, and making awesome progress!

    question on the n2 shampoo...have you used it and since your 31 do you have a widows peak? if so do you think it has helped?

    Haven't used the shampoo, no widows peak, but wife says the hair is getting a little thin so I'm going to try it at some point. I do like coffee scents.

    RecoverPro flavor is raspberry and I LOVE it!!! I use 2 scoops around 9am and 11am for intermittent fasting. Taste is great and value can't be beat!

    Yeah, while I can't quantify it, I just feel like spreading it out gives me better results. I haven't noticed much greater effect taking 2-3 caps at one time, actually feels better 1 cap at a time just more spread out. I tend to take 2 caps with my fast break meal, but I think I may try breaking that dose up as well. I'm at 6 caps right now, so I get a pretty even dose:

    1 6AM preworkout (with BCAA)
    2 12PM Fast break (may move 1 cap to 9/10AM with BCAA)
    1 3PM snack
    1 6PM Dinner
    1 11PM Pre-bed (with BCAA)

    I had a GREAT pump in my arms, felt really solid after the workout, very swollen. Back is feeling good too, I had a good contraction feeling on all the rows and pull downs. Lats were flaring nicely on the pullups, no flying squirrel yet, but good enough for me.

    I got some SyntheSize and I was going to use that for my AM BCAA in place of RecoverPro for the time being. I'll still be using RecoverPro for my 11AM BCAAs. I want to see if SyntheSize will do more for me than RecoverPro. I have no complaints with RecoverPro, it's doing it's job really well, I just like to experiment!

    I just saw that too! I'd like to be a little bigger than that wrestler though...

    I'd estimate 1/3 to 1/4 left. I may add a 3rd and throw in Natadrol for a natural stack...
