Just to let everyone know who I am, I am a 22 year old ex-collegiate baseball player and now dedicated to bodybuilding. I just graduated and received my bachelors degree in pre-medical studies and am looking to go to medical school in a year or so. I have used any supplement you can name over the last three or so years and now am running the new version of Lipoburn by LG sciences.
I ran the last version of lipoburn and had moderate results with slightly less fat after the bottle, even though I was on a lean bulk. As the same with the last time, I will be using this product on my abdominal area and pecs to get rid of some fat there. Most of my training will be in the morning with the occasional afternoon/night session. I will be training for hypertrophy with 1 minute breaks between sets which I have been doing for the last 3 weeks. My average gym session is about 75-90 minutes long, and I will track this all during the log. Most of my training will be in the gym with the occasional park session and cardio is often done playing soccer 4-5 times a week.
The reformulated lipoburn contains theobromine for theophylline, which was in the last version and Raspberry Ketones which were previously not in the ingredient profile. Also, as in the first version, Glycyrrhetinic Acid is included and several absorption maximizing agents. This is a transdermal for those who don't know and the new version appears to be good for what is said to be at least 4 pumps a day 2 times daily and therefore good for 30 days.
Just finished up the erase/shift stack and had moderate results, with erase seeming to do more than shift

Received my bottle in the mail. Thamk you to the LG reps for allowing me to run this product with the new formula. Today I finished up a back and quad session that really beat me up along with my soccer cardio session in the afternoon. I will be posting my before pics from today online tomorrow when I can get my camera hooked up properly. According to my cheap BF clamps I am currently at around 10.5-11% BF. I can't wait to start using the lipoburn tomorrow for my chest and ab session I am hoping to see the fat melt away over the month from these areas.

Woke up at 7 am and I did not sleep well because of the heat. Either way, I finished my breakfast of steak whole grain bed. It was about 4 oz of steak and I usually have eggs before the gym but I cooked the steak last night so I could get to the gym earlier. I also had a Nature Valley bar 30 mins before I got to the gym because I am moving out of my house and had nothing else left. I mixed my preworkout and took a shower. After the shower I applied 4 pumps of lipoburn to my abs and pecs. It had the cool feeling of most transdermals and after 5 minutes, the white film from the lotion went away as it dried. I sometimes have a problem with shortness of breath with rasberry ketones but this did not happen today with lipoburn. I did 10 minutes of warm up cardio and got my heart rate into the 140's for most of the time. I then trained pecs, shoulders, tri's, traps and abs today.

Overall on Day 1 I did not notice a change in my heart rate or anything associated with lipoburn. I did notice an increase in sweating in the abdominal and pec area as my shirt was drenched and after the workout my abs looked great. I did notice an increase in energy also for a day that I did not sleep well.
After my workout I continued to move furniture outta my house and I built up a good sweat. Haven't had a ton to eat today though and I will have to pack on the calories tonight.
Second application went well today, applied on abs and pectoral area again. Dinner was a steak burrito with black beans. High calorie and high GI carbs so I took some cinnamon with it, and I have noticed that even walking around town my abs are sweatng more than normal

Woke up at 8 am after about 7 1/2 hours of good sleep. Breakfast was a 4 egg omelet with mozzerella cheese and 2 pieces of turkey bacon along with 2 pieces whole wheat bread and a protein shake with a cup of milk. I waited 30 mins after breakfast and drank my BCAA's and creatine along with my DAA preworkout. Applied 4 pumps of lipoburn to my abdominal area and even though it dried, a white film remained on my abs. It felt good as it went on and got me ready to go.
My workout day 2: legs and biceps
warmup 160 x 10
350x7 then 3 at 300 3 at 250 and 3 at 210
side planks 2 sets each side 1 min

265x8 SS with 3 at 225 and 3 at 185
1 min break between each set with russian twist between each set

Overall a great workout. I've never been so sweaty in my life although my back was sore after the deadlift. I was completely soaked and kept sweating even during biceps, I just wish I could build more strength and mass in my biceps as they have the most trouble growing. ITs hard to tell whether the addition of rasberry ketones to lipoburn has increased my uper body sweating or not, that I will determine in the future, but I feel great after the workout. Now its time to get some cardio in the afternoon.

4 egg omelet on 2 whole wheat tortillas with mozzerella cheese and protein shake.
about 45 mins after breakfast took a shower, drank my preWO and applied 4 pumps of Lipoburn to abdomen and pecs. It rubbed in much better today I believe because I wasn't as sweaty as usual. No shortness of breath or anything so I felt good to go.
Got to the gym did 10 mins of preworkout cardio to get HR to 145.

Not too much of a sweat after my beginning back exercises but I did abs after this and I was well covered in sweat all over my upper body.

overall I feel great, I haven't changed my training as I usually just do 10 minutes of warm up cardio. I don't wanna change it b/c I wanna see how this product works. OVerall, I notice more sweat but too early to determine effects of the new Lipoburn

Good stuff. You have lower body fat than me so it will be interesting to see the effects of lipoburn on us both. You have solid abdominal definition. I'm jealous

Yea I've had to work on my core because I have a fracture in my back, so I've had to maintain strength there for a few years, and my diet has been helping over the last year.

Same morning as before, put on my new Lipoburn 20 minutes before my workout. 2 pumps on abs and 2 on my pecs. Did 10 minutes of preworkout cardio to get HR up to 150. Workout today was chest and triceps, with a few shrug sets in between other things.

Overall today I had a very good chest sweat although I did not notice it systemically. Still the book is out since it is early but my bottle doesnt seem like its going to last the full month it states as I am done about 1/4th already. Didn't exactly eat the cleanest dinner as I had peking duck on flour tortillas and some Sczechuan Shrimp and chicken.

Overall I applied to abs 2 pumps ad 1 pump to pec and during lifting I had a really good sweat all over but mainly on my abs. I have noticed more sweating all over the my body however. The littlest bit of exercise outside in the sun makes me sweat everywhere, including places you don't wanna really. I started the log at 195 lbs and I am at about the same running a recomp, so hopefully I can maintain weight and put on some LBM. I think the best thing about using this supplement so far is the look of my abs post-WO even if I dont do abs, they have a more defined and drier look

Interesting points on the sweating. I've ALWAYS sweated easy so it's extremely difficult for me to notice changes in that regard. I'll try and keep an eye on it though and see if I notice anything.

Day 6: back and quick biceps to finish
Applied the new Lipoburn around the same time as my preWO, 30 minutes before my workout. I have noticed that I do sweat more when I take my preWO along with the Lipoburn.
Did a quick 5 minute cardio to get HR up to 140. All exercises done with 1 minute break between sets
Bent over rows
Leg extensions free weights
90x10 to warm up
210x5 with forced reps after 5th rep SS with each weight I did before this as long as I could hold 1 rep
135x10 to warm up
Finished with HIIT cardio for 10 mins 35 sec sprint 25 sec off
Overall I had a very deep sweat and am starting to notice a drier look after a work out. I would reccomend taking this product with some form of preworkout stimulant as at least for me it helps me sweat more and increase my HR more.
Day 7 Chest
Didn;t do any preworkout cardio because the gym was packed. Wish I could have because I did not build as good of a sweat. That could also have been because I ran out of preWO.

I did not notice quite the sweat today. I kept up the intensity as before and maybe because I did not consume as much caffeine I did not have the sweat, although I did get a few headaches and was dizzy for a bit after my incline press. My abs did not look quite as nice as yesterday even with the pump, but my pecs looked alot better and had more vascularity in the area and a better pump. At Day 7 I am almost half done the bottle of Lipoburn and I have only been running 3 pumps 2 x daily, which is less than recomended.

Day 8: mixed bag of treats
Today I did the usual of going to the gym in the morning and after the gym played some soccer for about 45 mins. Nothing cardio-wise but I got good cardio from my workout today. As usual 3 pumps of lipoburn 30 mins. before the gym. I got the usual cool feeling as I spread it around my abdominal area and on a portion of my pecs. The gym today was a mixed bag as I wanted to hit my glutes and my triceps. Im all outta my preworkout which sucks but it gave me a good piece of info with my workout.

315x5 SS with 225x10 and 135x15
Machine leg press
At this point I was in a mean sweat and every machine of bench I touched was soaked.
I mixed in triceps bar push downs in between sets of leg presses and then continued with
Hamstring curls unilateral
I also mixed in 4 sets of calf raises with a SS at the end.
I noticed today that lipoburn is enhanced with caffeine, but it is not needed to build up a good sweat. If you want to be completely covered in sweat all over your body the addition of a dose of at least 100 mg of caffeine can help. On another note I am noticing more vascularity in my upper pecs where I have been applying the new Lipoburn. I have not taken a BF test yet and will wait to the end, but this cycle is looking promising.

Bit late to this, forgot that we were doing logs and not just a before/final review
Training looks intense, but geared for fat loss. You know what you're doing, good stuff.
Glad to hear that 1 week you're seeing some nice definition in the abdominals, but that's also a testament to your diet and training.
Being half way done with the bottle is odd, i'll look in to that for you.

Thanks, It is odd considering I have only been doing 3 pumps twice a day. I really do like the thermogenic feeling I get from this product. When I take rasberry ketones orally I usually get an out of breath feeling from doing low impact activities and it was frustrating because my heart would skip a beat too, but with this so far I have been just golden.
Day 9: Back and quick abs day

Got to the gym in the afternoon today so I applied my first dose of Lipoburn around noon. Felt cool as always and spread well because it was not overly hot today.

The left side of my abs are coming out even nicer now with the lipoburn, and the right side s slightly behind. This is from baseball thugh and how the sport involves twisting in one way. Ever since I have been young, my left abdominals have been stronger and larger. The slight loss of pec fat is what is making me very happy though, I hate having just a bit in my lower pecs.

Got to the gym around 10 am after applying my Lipoburn around 9 am after my breakfast. I was a little down on energy because I did not sleep well, and I felt it in my strength but not my energy.

cardio:jogged home from the gym which is about 1.7 miles.
My abs are starting to come out well from this product, and I like the sweat I gewt in the gym from it. I will be on vacation for the rest of the holiday, so I will be back in the gym and using lipoburn on Wednesday. I am keeping my diet however

Overall strength was down today but energy was not, possibly because of no preWO powder and break from lifting. LAck of carbs also may have hurt as I only has about 40 gms for breakfast and I usually have about 65-70 gms.
The lipoburn I applied today gave me a ridiculous sweat and when I finished I had a nice vascular look on my pecs. I have noticed as Rosie did too that the cream becomes harder to rub in towards the end of the bottle, possibly due to settling.

Put on my lipoburn today at around 8:30 and noticed again it took longer to rub in, but I could cover more area with the suggested 4 pumps (Abs, obliques, and pecs).

How much do you have left? I still have quite a bit left, the product is lasting pretty long. 4 pumps twice a day (one for each pec, and two to cover the abs). I know Rosie went through hers quickly, but I think she put it on her legs as well. I would estimate I have at least three weeks left.

I have a little less than a 1/4th and ive been running 3 pumps 2 times daily. The bottom of the bottle is lasting longer though possibly due to settling

Day 13 Legs Biceps and Forearms
Today I got the the gym late because I had to do some roofing in the AM. I applied Lipoburn around 10 AM and started working and around 11 I was dripping and my front was really slimy. I have noticed this a little more because of the humidity it has been harder to rub the lotion in and I sweat a ton but stay slimy. I applied my 2nd dose around 3 and hit the gym at 3:30, this time it went on well

Days 15/16-getting very close to finishing the bottle, have had some very good results and I notice a large increase in vascularity. I may use a portion of my second bottle on my arms to try to get the veins popping.
Same results except now with the hot weather I am constantly soaked on my front side. I do have some problem putting on after a hot shower as I remain sweaty and it doesn't rub in well, so I like to apply in the AM before my gym session.
Worked pecs shoulders and did a heavy HIIT cardio on day 15. I was absolutely drenched and noticed I looked great when I was done.
Day 16-Quads bi's and tri's
I had a similar experience today as yesterday. I was completely drenched but did not do any cardio. I didnt log any weights really because I was on different machines etc.

Biceps were shot from yesterday and I lost my wrist straps so today sucked. Had an ok sweat till my cardio which was a 2 mile run with mixed sprints. Completely drenched when I got home, and as usual I needed a new shirt. For all looking to use lipoburn, beware youre gonna need a few shirts a day, you will sweat alot.
