So JD over at athletix was kind enough to hook me up with a tub of adamantium, pink lemonade flavor
(that's right, I have my own name on my wall)
I am in contest prep right now, my show is july 16 . . . so that means I'll be running this right up to my show
Currently holding onto strength in most areas, and even increasing in others, so it will be interesting how this treats me as my calories shrink down even more (1700 now)
I have also been taking inhibit-e (atd) for the past 3 weeks, and will continue throughout my log @ 25mg/day. This should deal with any potential estrogenic sides I could experience.
Im debating whether or not I should do before and after pictures, because my results may give the wrong impression of the product (Im going to go from single digit bf #'s to contest-level conditioning). Also I really dont want to post pictures of myself now, as Id rather wait to unveil the complete package in july. What I may end up doing is taking the befores now and just wait to post them till the end. I think that will suffice.
Anywho, I'll be drinking down my first serving tomorrow before heading out for my heavy legs day . . . should be a good time!

the weight classes are all messed up for my show. I was supposed to be in the lightweight class of 145-155 right at 155, but they changed it to a lightweight class of 145-165. I'll be in the middle, which means I'll have to have the best conditioning, posing, and individual routine to beat everyone else. Not really a problem, but it ticked me off a little bit.
Day 1: Heavy Legs
** just a heads up, the bars in my gym are 50lbs not 45lbs(technically they're 53lbs, but Im not counting those 3lbs . . . yet ). No, I am not adding 2.5's to each of my sets **

* Front Box Squats (to parallel, pause reps)

I dont remember the weights, but I racked it for 2 out of my 4 sets

* Seated Calf Raises (plate loaded)

Finished up with 15 minutes on the stationary bike to get some extra cals burnt off.
Obviously its far too early to start judging the adamantium (daa usually doesnt kick in for a good 12 days), but I can say that the taste was pretty good. It was a mix between lemonade and fruit punch, and the aftertaste was straight lemonade (thanks citric acid )

Still too early to attribute my gains to the adamantium though . . . but I can only assume things will get better

5 minutes of tabata hiit on the stationary bike . . . whew! Quads were dying after that. Interesting workout being that short => read up on it if you want to save some time when doing cardio
