Continuing my Re-comp here's what Ive got going on.

I have been doing fasted weight training 3x a week Mon, Wed, Fri.
Im going to switch to 1-2x a week with fasted cardio 2-3x a week.

fasted weights
6 A.M: Anabolic Pump, lean xtreme, 2 DCP, 3 Powerfull, 3 scoops jacked,500 mg agmatine,4g citrulline malate, 5g luceine 3g DAA

6:45 - 7:00 start workout intra drink is 3 scoops modern bcaa with 4g citrulline malate

8:00 post WO drink 1 serving Genomyx Protocol 250mg agmatine 1.7g beta alanine 3g dicreatine malate

8:10 pslin, 2 supper cissus, shower!

8:25-8:30 3/4 cup oats, 1 banana, 1 scoop trunutrition wheyology 1 1/2 scoops whey

8:40 -8:45 4 squirts cel formestane (same with fasted cardio)
8:45 -8:50 eviscerate smolder (same with fasted cardio)

8:00: post cardio: post WO drink 1 serving Genomyx Protocol 250mg agmatine 1.7g beta alanine 3g dicreatine malate

8:10 2 scoops modern bcaa drink half, tan 15 min, drink remaining bcaa

8:15 pslin, 2 supper cissus, shower

8:35 post workout shake (same as above)

I dose anabolic pump with lunch and dinner, lean extreme 4 hrs after first dose and pre bed with 1.5g 1- carboxy or 2 powerfull, and DCP 30 pre lunch and 30 min before pre bed trutien shake the lean x and 1 carboxy/powerfull are 1 hour after shake and formestane around 8:30 or so


any input would be great this is my first run with DAA, DCP, lean x, eviscerate and formestane so if there are things I can do different with my timing please let me know!
