Thanks to Renegade rows and the wonderful company of controlled labs I have been given the opportunity to test out the new white flood. I had my first workout tonight and let me say HOLY SHIIIIIIIIITE! the pumps were painfully amazing and the energy hit me hard but was smooth thanks to the gaba
The workout: Chest and arms
Now I know a lot of people say what weight they use but honeslty I do not care about the weight I use. I am more about feeling the muscle work and therefore the weight often varies.
Close grip tricep pushdown supersetted with hammercurls 4x12
Incline Dumbell bench 4x12
Flat dumbell bench 4x10
chest flies 4x15
Incline barbell bench 4x10
Skull crushers 4x12
close grip bench 3x10
reverse barbell curls 3x12
dumbell concentration curls 4x12 at this point the pump was so great I could hardly touch my face
Note: I did not necessarily hit the target reps per set. Those were just the rep range I was aiming for. I adjust weight accordingly until I can barely get that last rep or I fail haha
Taste: 8/10 First sip is really sweet. I mixed 2 scoops in 20oz of water after the first sip it tastes really good. I had the white raspberry flavor.
Pump: 10/10 Initially this was a very good first impression. Pump was intense.
Energy: 10/10 A strong yet calm and long lasting energy
Mixability: 10/10 mixes up smooth with nothing floating
Initial Overall impression: 9/10 Damn good improvemetn form the old formula. CL made all the right changes.
LETS MAKE THIS A GREAT MONTH OF WORKOUTS I am hoping to pump as much blood as possible into all my muscle groups and just keep makin steady progress and be injury free!
