just started Edge by element nutrition

I have been working out for years but never took a ph but started edge by element nutrition today with my liver care.. anyone taken it before?? I am just taken it like it says 1 pill 3x day with my liver care. Its supposed to be a mild one. Good for first timers. I am 28 years old 6'1 205lbs. I am on a high protein diet workout 5 days a week just lookin to put on 10lbs or so of clean mass. Any info would be helpful thanks.. just signed up on anabolicminds today...
