Ok I just wanted to know if these supplements are a good stack (cytomass, kre alk, glutimine, and possibly bcaa's. Now I dont know which brands ima use but that's just what I'll be using give ideas of some good stuff. B b. Bench: 225, squat 300, deadlift 280. Main goal is to improve weight current 140 goal 165 I plan to intake 4k cal daily.
