Training history 15years
I currenetly just finished two bottles of , one and one activate extreme, along with 5hcgen a night. Currently I am off of anything but staple sups like the following:
I have used 6 caps as of yesterday thus far, all taken pre meal. My first dose was 2 caps yesterday morning before breakfast. In order to access how much I would use at each of my three main meals I started at a high dose to see if any sides came up (I have a tendency to like doing that). 1 capsule will be more then enough for myself at this time. 2 made me so hungry I was nauseous and felt like I was going to lose it if I did not eat ASAP.
After the initial dosing I cut back to 1 cap pre lunch and felt GREAT! Hungry but no nauseous at all, and I was in a pretty damn good mood for the rest of the day.
Today is day 2 and so far so good at 1 cap for breakfast. First thing I note is being pretty damn hungry and I am in a relatively good mood.
