    OK,First Big Thanks goes out to everyone at Taurus for letting me log this.
    I got my package yesterday as I was walking out to go to the gym so I got to use both yesterday for a good arm workout.

    I like to use a 1-10 rating system for logs.
    I will be rating mixability,taste,energy,focus, and strength
    I will post workout
    Diet can be posted if someone wants it. Its very clean and simple so nthing special.

    so here we go, first review

    Mixability-9/10 both mixed very well togther iin a shaker cup. I had no gritty stuff at the bottom.

    Taste-8/10 tastes like country time, the reason I did not give it a 9 is I am still getting the water to product ratio tweeked.

    Energy-8/10 I have been off stims for a month so this stuff hit pretty fast and hard at a scoop and a half but NO CRASH!! good long lasting energy with a smooth taper at the end.

    Focus-7/10 Wyked help zone me in really well. I forgot my Ipod so the music my gym plays annoyed me alot but this stuff kept my head in the game mostly.

    Strength-?/10 Just started so this will most likely be a toss up for about a week but looking to see something soon.

    I did bi's and Tri's today
    Bi's
    Straight bar curls-115x12-4sets
    EZ bar preacher curls-115x12-4sets
    Concertration curls-35x12-4sets
    EZ bar 21 cable curls-100x12-4sets

    Tri's
    Rope Pull-downs-140x10-4sets
    Skull Crushers-105x10-4sets
    Close Grip Bench-135x12-4sets
    Body Weigth Dips-Failure-4sets

    Cardio
    Morning HIIT 20 mins
    Eliptical Cross-trainer 45 mins fat burn setting.

    Hopefully I can do this justice as this is my first AM log and Taurus is a great company.

  5. Ok so did legs today hit them hard a heavy to start.

    Wyked & Da-HCG

    Mixabilty-9/10 mix it all up in a shaker cup.

    Taste-8/10 taste is on, still getting water ratio down.

    Energy-8/10 smooth even still running no crash

    Focus-9/10 helps me just do my thing

    Strength-?/10

    Quads
    Squats-225x12-3sets 315x10-1set PR on diet 365x3-1set
    Leg Press-625x12-4sets
    Leg Extensions-150xfailure-3sets

    Calves
    seated raises-140x40-4sets
    Standing raises one leg-90xfailure-4sets
    Lunges-bodyweight to failure-1set

  7. around day 9 is where i think you could expect to see some really decent strength increases.

  9. Day 3/ 1.5 scoops of Wyked with a scoop of DA-HCG

    Mixability-9/10 mixes well in a shaker cup no gritty stuff at the bottom.

    Taste-9/10 even with the DA-HCG it still tastes like country time lemonade.

    Energy-10/10 very good energy, about 20 mins and I feel the full effect no crash tapers really nice.

    Focus-9/10 ipod and Wyked = Noone exists but the weights

    Strength-?/10

    Squating close grip rows-140x12-4sets
    Wide Grip Bent-over rows-135x12-4sets

    45mins Stair master

    I love Wyked it is one of the few pre-workouts that I actually look forward to taking.

    Mixability- 9/10 lookin like this will be the standard for this one. At 1.5 scoops in 11oz of water with one scoop DA-HCG no grittyness when used in a shaker cup.

    Taste-9/10 Wish I could find more stuff flavored like this.

    Energy-10/10 For something with as good a stim as Wyked has it has no crash which to me = Epic

    Focus-9/10 This + Ipod= Just you and the Weights

    Strength-?/10 I hope in week two to be able to give this a number.

    Chest

    Flat Bench Press 12x225-3sets 10x295-1set
    Incline Bench Press 12x155-3sets
    Cable Flys 12x60-3sets
    Decline Cable Flys-12x60-sets

    Hams

    Laying Hamstring Curl-12x150-4sets
    SLDL(Straight Leg Dead Lift) 15x225-4sets *will kill you*
    Seated Hamstring Curl individual leg-12x70-4sets

    If nothing else Wyked is worth the buy just for the flavor. But, with the energy it gives within 20 mins of ingesting it is really up there in one of the better ones I have Taken.

    That focus is going to be me soon

    Re strength, you can make notes on changes from one session to the next, especially if you complete the "same" ones each week. Even with how things are from what they were, or how you feel, etc. in each session.

    Its all good man everyone has something they are better at in the gym then the next. I sux at inclines.

    Taste-9/10-Still lovin the lemonade

    Energy-8/10-a little off today but I started tired

    Focus-8/10-same reason as energy

    Strength-8/10-Workout just seemed alittle easier

    Focus-10/10-Today was just my day

    Mixability-9/10

    Taste-9/10-still tasty

    Energy-9/10-No stimmed out feeling just good clean energy.

    Focus-9/10-Still in the zone, most pre-workouts I have taken start to ween out on focus around this time

    strength-8/10-gettin a few more reps

    PUMP-7/10-really good stays around for awhile, while not painful.

    Chest
    Flat Dumbell press-85lbsx12-4sets
    Incline Barbell Press-140x12-4sets
    Cable flys incline,Decline, Level-60lbsx12-4sets
