Strongest estrogen-lowering OTC ?

I would like to know your opinions regarding the strongest available OTC product in relation to lowering estrogen levels. I also want to know how you based your jugdement e.g blood works, scientific studies, personal experience, ...etc.

I dont know if its the strongest, but Formestane works VERY well. I know if I used too much my joints got real dried out. I got mine from NP when they sold it in bulk and mixed it with Penetrate.
