workout: 4-5 times a week: chest, back, arms, shoulders, cycling and muay thai for legs
on my 4th day of erase @ 3 caps a day, starting have a lot of bones cracking like when you crack your knuckles except on my back, neck, and knees (maybe not a good thing?)
running this standalone just to see what this product can do and keep track of progress. lets see where we get with this one.
