    Epic Summer Cycle


    After a long time lurking, over a year, i figured its time pop my Anabolic Minds log cherry and roll with a big one. After much reading and thought, I have finally settled on the following cycle that will take me to the end of May. After this bad boy, im going to take off a year from all ph's for my poor androgen receptors. I am doing a summer recomp and the culprits are as follows:

    I have ceased using Size On, which I love love love! I take my glutamine and BCAA's with my post workout shake, along with Skippy Natural PB. Its funny how after tasting the Natural Skippy, I want nothing to do with regular PB. Im averaging around 250-270gms of protein a day and my carbs are being cycled in a heavy, moderate, very light rotation. I will take pre-pics and post pics. I have started Stano-drol sunday and have been preloading cycle assist for two weeks now.

    Ok, as stated, I was leery of Epi being hard on the hair and after doing more reading of posts on this board, I find that Stano AND Furuza-a are both DHT based, so therefore, I am dropping the Epi as I will be bald as can be if I did all three. Im inserting 5 weeks of H-drol instead.

    Previous cycles include X-Tren, Trenadrol, H-drol, Superdrone, Alpha One, P-Mag, Protodrol, Furuza-a, Propadrol and EQ-Plex.

    I vary my workout styles and never do any workout the same. I have thought of just doing 12-15 reps the whole way but I just cant make myself do that. So without further delay, we are away!

    Solid, focused workout. Last week I did several no carb, low carb days and my lifts at week end suffered. Bad pumps, no energy and so on. That's why I will have a heavy carb day several days a week during this whole run. im lifting with a relative newbie at my gym but while the kid is skinny, I see the yearning to learn, to push and stay focused during lifts. Its funny how other, bigger partners in the past haven't shown the same dedication.

    I hate when people stare incessantly at the gym. There are these two local yocal yontoos that come to one of the two gym I lift at. They wear muddy **** kickers, jeans, buck hunting shirts n so on. Every time I finish a set or I walk around, I see them always lookin. I have my Skull Candy in my Ipod so I do not hear a thing when lifting so I dont know if they are sayin anything but i find it very annoying. I do my job and bother no one. idk, maybe its nothing but damn it gets old after weeks.

    Good lift today, tomorrow is a low carb day. Oatmeal in the morning and applesauce with last meal before lift. Hopefully I can rock it out without much carbs. Last thursday sucked because of lack of carbs but hey, the beach calls!

    Low carb day lifts suck. While I hit all my lifts, it was a struggle. I think im going to switch to one high carb day followed by two moderate carb days. I hate feeling like my lifts are a struggle, lack of energy. Not much to report as far as aggression or libido increase. As mentioned before, first time with Stano-drol.

    I ended up dropping the contraction and just went with a light day. Not a bad lift but my mind wasn't all in it as I was ticked off at a fellow employee at the gym I work and lift at.

    All of us here, hopefully, use ph's with a level of responsibility and part of that responsibility is trying to safeguard the youths that want to take this stuff. First by imploring them to wait until they are 22 to 23 at the earliest (I didn't do my first cycle until I just turned 28) and second, to give them the proper knowledge if they do insist on doing a cycle anyway. A member at the gym has been giving a Superdrol clone to a 40 yr old employee to sell. This guy showed me the bottle, called Extreme Rage, asking if I wanted any for 40 bucks. I told him I can get that for much cheaper and I told him what it was and just how friggin potent it is. He said that its really only 30 bucks and he was adding 10 bucks to make something on the side. 3 weeks later, kids 18 and 19 are starting to get bigger, acne out this ass and what not.

    So today, I was at the counter before the lift and the employee asked an 18 year old kid if he wanted anymore Rage. The kid said yea.....I looked at him like WTF are you doing. I asked the employee if he told the kid exactly what he was taking and just how strong it was....he said no. So I pulled the kid aside and asked him if he preloaded anything, had on cycle supps and what his PCT was....I got a deer in the headlight looks. Just f*cking great. It pisses me off that this **** will make 10 at the potential health risks of these kids. This is a b*tch slime move and I lost a lot of respect for him today. Ok, im done.

    Felt good today, not sure if the coming full moon had me up or the stano is starting to kick in. Back in the day, when first driving, dad told me to watch out during the full moon as people drove crazier. I dismissed it as I did most things with him at the time but as I got old, I felt myself becoming more aggressive during full moons. My girlfriend calls it my man period cause I get bitchy n aggravated easily and I found whatever it was, I had great lifts too....anyway, I gave up on heavy squatting a year ago as my lower back, right knee and ankle were starting to really hurt. 315 isnt much but its all im willing to go right and and Im thinking of sticking to leg presses from here on out to avoid back pumps on leg days, so more squats or diamond bar d-lifts.

Focus was ok as my one lifting partner was going on about the situation and it was kinda annoying. I feel the super in the mornings, it makes me feel antsy but it goes away after an hour or so. She's squatting down and I swear the bottom part between her legs is starting to have her beaver lips pop out....DAMN!!! HOLLA! Anyway, I stared at it many times today, my mind working over time. Had a good lift today, minus my partner. I like partners as they can get you those forced reps.

    Another great lift. I wanna say stano has kicked in nicely, with my intensity strong the whole week. I did if the Super is starting to work but I think I look a little more swollen. This sunday, I am incorporating H-drol to the stew and I while im kicking the Super down to 5mgs, I think for that week im going to pulse it 3 days at 5 mgs, with friday being my last day for the rest of the cycle. No sides to report other than being super horny and a little aggressive. I like super so far at 5mgs. I ran it back last fall at 20mgs and that was way to much. Made me even get rid of one bottle of Superdrone in a trade. Im happy I had a second bottle and see its nice feeling at 5mgs. End of week 2 of 7. Im very happy so far.

    And yes Orangatang, I am well aware of this fact.

    Awesome lift indeed! Im really enjoying Superdrone at 5mgs. Feels infinitely better than when I did 20mgs last September. I am feeling it in the gym as everything feels lighter. Nothing to report as far as sides go....no lethargy, not anger, no back pumps. Weight is up 6lbs and I dont feel or see any bloat. Time to kick in the h-drol and scale back the Superdrone. I will pulse the Super today, wednesday and finish up with 5 mgs friday and then say goodbye.

    I had my first little oppies of this cycle. Due to my day off and meeting up with a friend monday morning, I wasnt in my regular routine and I missed my dosings of my 2nd ph until 6pm....big mistake! I went to bed at 9pm and didnt fall asleep until after 12am. ****ty ass sleep indeed! I pounded a 16oz sugar free red bull this morning and felt good all day. The lift was good, all this considered but towards the end I was beginning to feel the effects of the lack of sleep...just plain beat. But I got my cardio in and once I got home, mowed the lawn as well. My lifting partner hits some new highs today too although he's only 18 and jack3d is his poison of choice. He reminds me alot of me, physically coming outta high school, skinny and what not. But he trains hard and with focus so I see good things for him in the future.

    I felt really good going in so i decided to up the intensity of my light sets and cut my break times for legs. Holy ****inskis, I kicked my own ass fairly well. I was sucking wind towards the end of my shoulder workout so I have to do incline d-bell kickbacks on back day. Yea, I pussed out but I was out of gas. Hellish pumps on the legs today and I felt back pumps rare their ugly head today. Gotta pound taurine now.

    I love the burn I get when Im doing static days. Especially bi's and when you are holding the weight and it feels like your arms are on fire and when I finally put it the weight down, I get this endorphin rush that makes me want more of that abuse. Good lift today and abs went fine too. But when I went to slowly jog, my stupid right calf cramped and my back pumps went into high gear. But I wasnt gonna stop so I walked and breathed through the back pumps. I find I start to take short breaths when they kick in but once I really concentrated on deep breaths and on my music, it helped some and on the home stretch, it all went away which I was thankful for.

    I needed this lift today as I had 6th graders who wouldnt shut the flip up for anything. All classes, every class...Lord have mercy. So stress is now gone and im so thankful for that. Some peeps smoke, some peeps drink, I lift to help get rid of my stress and I hate to think what i'd do without it.

    Really quick, on romanian d-lifts, i only go slight less than half way as not to hit my hamstrings and focus solely on my lower back.

    Weigh in at gym: 225lbs (+9lbs)....me likey.

    dueces138, glad to have you along for the ride. I read several logs where Superdrol was used as a jump starter and I think that that's a great use for it. I have done a 3 week log with Superdrol before and I hated it after week one. Felt terrible and my body hates it at 20mgs. So I figured, after reading some logs, to give it a go on this cycle since it will be my last one for a year. Needless to say, I was very happy with the role it played jump starting my cycle with no shut down of the ballski's. Only side I had was those stinkin night sweat.

    God I miss stanodrol That stuff keeps the libido going no matter what! at least it did for me. Keep it on hand for PCT too.

    Last time i ran super, I was smashed in the libido. So yes, the stano kept me going and im liking it alot. Ima scope some more up for future cycles while I can.

    Great, great workout. Had hit pr's again and everything felt light today. When I started this cycle, my barbell shrug max was 540ish and now, i really think that i can get 600lbs on that shrug. Very excited for the 2nd half of this cycle. Also, im training a girl who moved back for the summer from college. She wants to lose 10lbs and is gunning for a spot as a Victoria's Secret model so ima have to ratchet up my cardio. Im nervous/excited to see what I can do training a girl and applying my training principles to meet her needs. Ok, thats all for today gents!

    Sorry for the lack of a post on thursday. I felt horrible in the stomach, like on fire n my gall bladder was flippin too. Kinda had me worried. I remember reading about Andreas Munzer and his problems before death and being the hypo I am, I was ready to quit the cycle n go home n cry....but that has all passed! So I only got through one exercise set, 3 incline hammer presses before I went home. I had to try

    Anyway, after a good restful weekend with my wonderful girlfriend, I had a killer good workout today. I tried to do shoulders first today but found my leg energy lacking so I am going to go back next monday to legs first. Also, its really cool to see numbers that used to be my max now are becoming repping weight, such as 505lbs on shrugs and 80's on d-bell shoulder presses.

    Ok, I read somewhere that Jay Cutler did something called FST-7. 7 sets with little rest. Well, i forgot that it was only one exercise and thats it. So, without that knowledge, I decided to slaughter my arms today. Above, I have the exercises broken down into tri's n bi's. What my partner and I did was this...he'd start with the tri and i'd start with the bi. We did our set, then stop, immediately write down what we did, wait approx. 15 secs and then did the opposite exercise....so I did cable curls and he did rope tri, and then we'd switch doing the FST-7 principle. Anyway, as I type this, my arms feel like jello, hands are shaking and they are already sore. God help me tomorrow morning.

    Was suckin wind for the last three...i really beat myself up this week and it cost me a bit. Just sucks as one of the few sides i have is poor sleep. Waking up tired for weeks on end blows. I thought I would power through everything going into the gym as I got into an argument with a little beyonce miss thing at a middle school today over her cell phone being out in class....twas a good argument too.     Soooo, yea, from doing leg presses last monday and without wraps, i've apparently bitched up my right knee, ACL or MCL. I can not squat without it feeling like someone is stabbing me. Im shutting down all squats, leg extensions and im not sure about hammies yet for atleast 2 weeks. The leg exercises i did today are all im doing. My **** is slightly swollen and clicks now.

    Im holding steady at 223lbs so if i see no weight increase by friday, i may end the cycle a week early. idk, see how I feel.

    Great, great lift! Glory to God! I hit PR's on all lifts today. I am so happy with this lift, big smile on my face. I owned those 135's and picked them up only once before, months ago for 3 reps. Knee felt better too on the walk.

    1kerry, I havent had any noticeable pain with the prostate. The hair has been thinning for a while but I still have a full head. My first few times with h-drol, I felt my prostate but not anymore!

    Ok, thats all she wrote folks!

    Pros
    - no blood pressure issues
    - Stano did it's job, not one bit lethargic
    - minor back pumps
    - finally found what supports sups work and had mainly side free cycle
    - kept appetite throughout
    - not as much hair loss as I was worried about
    - gains every week
    - moderate weight gain, max 225lbs, average about 221lbs

    Cons
    - ****ty sleep, woke up with a start many nights
    - terrible night sweats, I hate changing my shirt twice in one night
    - heady felt cloudy and was down/moody alot more than I liked
    - muscles killing me on attempted running cardio

    Last workout today was a good way to send this bad boy off. Got 605lbs on barbell shrugs!!! I got greedy on seated d-bell presses, trying for 110's but only got two and with my joints feeling beat, I switched my heavy day to a 12-15 day.....overall, Im happy with this cycle. had great energy throughout and I wanna give a high 5 to stano. First time I used it and it worked very well as I have experience lethargy before. Ok, its on to PCT and Size On again. Ima step away from ph's for a year and then hit them hard, I wanna give my body a break and have blood work done in September to give me an idea on things and hopefully put my gf's mind at ease.
