been readin a couple threads about people askin if expired supps are still good to take if ther effective. i looked in my old stash and found like half a tub of NO expired in 2009 and decided for some reason to take it lol. surprisingly, its still effective. i hopped on the treadmill and 10min into it, sweatin like crazy and nice pump when i hit the weights after. i almost slapped the guy next to me smellin like scotch and cigars. but i didnt feel tired as usual at the gym. the powder formed a bit rocky but i just smashed em and dissolved perfect in water, no powder left at the bottom of my shaker bottle. anyway, just wanted to let u guys know if it still works expired and yes it does. but i dont know if its safe or healthy though lol
