SO ITS ALMOST BEEN A WEEK INTO THIS PCT AND MY STRENGTH IS STILL GOING UP!! SOOOOOOOO WHAT!!??!
Had an awesome back workout today with some biceps thrown in, I still have that drive I had on cycle and the weight is still moving in the right direction, my hamer strength grip lat pulls were up 20 lbs for extra reps tody plus I super setted them with some straight arm cable pulls and it just felt way too easy, I am pooped from a very high volume heavy back workout this am, I have NO complaints so far, the boys are showing signs of life and things are good, I will post some pictures tomorrow will be a week, after legs in the morning. GOODNIGHT!
