new to supplements..creatine.whey

I just got out of prison. Ive been doing calis for the past five years..burpees,body weighted pullups,dips etc..just started using weights two months ago. Been using whey for about two weeks now..bought six star creatine tablets today gonna give that a shot..been researching alot about creatine but would like some experienced peoples opinions..im 6'3 212. My body fat is real low. Im trying to get to aa solid 225. I work one major bodypart a day.5days a week. Other two just 20 minutes cardio. I eat very clean and just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on good supps. Do preworkout supps actually work for pumps ect.
 
I'm using NO Explode and L-Glutamine in addition to my protein (Syntha 6). NO Explode really gets me pumped for workouts - I love it. Can't tell if L-Glutamine is working, but it's definitely not hurting. Used creatine in the past and loved it, so you're definitely on the right track. Look through the supp reviews and logs they have on this site. Some great info to be found!
