soo, in the past few months ive gone from 220lbs back to 205....

basically found out i was allergic to gluten/soy and its in everything....

im comfortable at this weight because i havent lost much strength...

BUT I WANT MORE..... dont we all?

GOALS

squat- 425 or higher... this is my weakest lift (2 years ago i was in a wheelchair after a motorcycle accident)

deadlift- my goal has been 600 for some time now... ill settle for 575 on this cycle

bench-350-365 (ive hit 365 in the past on sd... just havent been able to keep that strength)

not really trying to gain too much weight on this cycle... im mainly interested in the recomping effect of epi.... wouldnt be upset with a few lbs lbm

cals will be kept at or just above maintenence ... about 3000 3500 cals

Looks great! Sorry to hear about the gluten allergy. That one is a real pain, but now that you've got it identified, you can work past it.

edit: you get gyno from epi? I had mild gyno at the start of my cycle and the epi killed it...

hahaha naah... it just means i can do a sh*tload of pushups.... i think i could get 100 or 110 straight


i had a hard time in my life 2 years ago, lost my mother to pancreatic cancer, grandfather to a stroke, broke my legs in a motorcycle accident, and developed a huge drug/alcohol habit....

lets just say, i didnt care too much about getting arrested....

but i have changed now... i dont smoke crack and beat people anymore.:afro:

edit: i have a tiny lump, smaller than a pea.... sd makes it blow up, im running the nolva to be safe.... last time i ran epi it scared me a little...

Weighs like 190 lbs at 6% bf. 19 inch unflexed arms, 13 inch legs. He looks like he is going to tip over at any moment. I crack mad jail jokes on him.

haha thats how i looked when i got out of the wheelchair after the accident...

when i crashed i was about 190... within 3 months of being in that chair with painkillers and liquor, i was 155lbs...

my calves are still like toothpicks, but my quads/glutes are big again...

yes i have.... hopefully i can keep moving forward and getting better/stronger each day.....

i must say, bodybuilding/powerlifting has def. been a life saver for me.... its the one healthy hobby i got... it keeps me off the street, it keeps me out of bars/clubs ect... and most importantly.... IT GETS ME LAID


edit: make sure you guys throw some libido checks in here after the first week or so, when my libido falls off

used the electronic bf guesstimator at the gym yesterday... it said 12.3% bf... but those things suck

so beginning weight of cycle is 205 @ 12.3% bf

got this jittery manic feeling ever since the inj...

for the first week ill be dosing epi LOW 10 mgs

about to eat my pwo oatmeal/bananna and head to the gym...

1 hour later pwo shake (using purple wraath for pwo/intra)

meal 4.... 4 chicken thighs and 8 oz pork roast

meal 5... london broil broccoli brown rice 1 cup milk

throughout the day i managed to get in about a gallon of green tea....

i brew the green tea myself and just carry my jug around with me (not at the gym... LOL)



ive got this feeling... cant pin point what it is... just anxious or manic maybe a little.... we will see .... shoulders/arms tomorrow.... placebo gains BRAhHH!!!

so today i decided to postpone leg day... my quad is killing me... shot day is tomorrow so ill save squats for tomorrow

the primo feels really clean ... libido is higher than it usually is...

my girl goes to school out in scranton PA>.... i told her to come home for some ravaging...

my ballsack is hanging low and nuts are swollen... i feel like i just took a few clomids...

if my libido doesnt tank during this cycle, im not sure ill ever run anything other than primo... i love this feeling

my weight is floating around 205 still... one day ill be 210 the next day ill be 200

bad news, shoulder is hurt... not sure how this happened...

i think i may have done something in my sleep or the other night while i was deadlifting... idk.. im delaying chest day and icing/heating it

ill be doing 45 mins of cardio/abs/plyo work today

my shoulder is f'ed so it looks like ill be lifting more like a bodybuilder for a while...

today i did about 35 mins of fasted cardio (half scoop protien)

did some light chest today (just really trying to get some movement back in my shoulder....)

i have an appointment with a chiropractor to see whats good...

basically, it doesnt hurt when i bench... but anything above my head it kills....

still managed to get a decent pump with light weight and reps

also weight is 210 (+5) and im leaning out considerably... will be sure to post before/after pics

stpooed takin dat epi too... throwing in 50mg win eod.. maybe will go ed

Took the epi out? I'd be careful with the winny, it can make tendons more brittle. Don't know what is wrong with your shoulder, just thought I'd warn you lol

My guess is that it has something to do with shbg disruption, prolactin, and unpure otc steroids... people say sd doesnt/can't cause gyno.... they should be shot.....

I think I'm gunna take a few days off the win/epi.. I've got an appointment on Monday with a chiropractor... I think I might have slightly dislocated it when I deadlifted the other night:

went for a fasted jog this morning... felt awesome

nips are getting a little puffy (despite being on nolva) so i threw in 50mg atd and ill run it for a few days till they go down

also macuna pruriens and vit b6 and vitamin e

it seems im SUPER sensitive to estrogen/prolactin (whichever it is)

been icing/heating my shoulder... i think i should be good to go by tuesday

tomorrow is leg day

since my shoulder is hurt, im thinking of turning this cycle into a recomp/cut or at least training lighter

any input on this would be great

soo, the atd was a bad idea... came home today and my nips were puffier..

dumbfounded... never using anything otc agian.....

if anyones looking ... any input on taking letro and nolva while on cycle...

cabergo worked well for me with nips but sides were horrible but i toughed it out.
i would throw up like 3 times a day with cabergoline, headaches sucked, and my nipples would bleed if i squeezed them hard

Why caber?

Primo doesn't cause prolactin issues directly.

I've taken caber and was lucky enough not to get any side besides great orgasms. Yuh.....

lmao... bLEEDING NIPPS sounds hardcore... not sure if i wanna go that route yet... from my understanding letrozole can/might help reduce prolactin IF that is the problem...


did the epistane you just logged cause this case of the puff nip you had?

i cant understand why prolactin could be an issue .. its not a progestin right?

im done w the epi... i cant risk my nipples... everyone in my area that uses/used ph/ds has some f*cked up nipples... everyone in my area that uses aas has NO gyno... run tell that ....

From looking at your workout, you got me to toss another plate on for my pull ups today. First time I tried 90 chained to me, x7,x6, x5, this done in the second to last circuit out of four, so I wasn't fresh, but they felt good.
Thanks for the indirect push! My bis were fried.

your welcome bro.. i try to alternate weeks i do those....

after doing sets w 90lbs chained to you, youll be amazed at how many pullups you can do w just bw... i hit something like 30 (25 clean)

keep killin it and keep those gains

I'll have to give the pullups a try without anything after a few months. I've been able to do 24 before, I wonder how many i could do now that I discovered I can do them HEAVY.

rear delt - i think this may be my weak spot.... i kept things light and focused on getting a full ROM and i was feeling a little click in my shoulder ...

and i was inspired by kabuki to start doing the ab wheel ...

but im not as beastly as he is so i could only hack 3 sets of 5

some notes:

people are looking at me like im a freak in the gym

certainly dont feel "on" but im growing like i am

letros helping the gyno... ordering caber tomorrow ....

vascularity is ridiculous... roadmap veins all over my arms and legs...

NEED TO DO MORE CARDIO

im thinking of throwing this winni i have at a low dose 50mg eod or so once this gyno situation settles its beef w me.. anyone disagree with that?

W.O.Ds are the sh1t and I have no idea how Chris does sets of them like that. I'm still working on good form and being able to perform them without slamming my face into the ground while holding my body on the wheel like a plank. It is going to be a little bit before I can get there.....

Var isn't as hard on the joints but it is more expensive. I've taken var and was very, very happy at 80mg ED and 100mg ED although I had to take about 9 grams of taurine a day to keep the back/shins/calf pumps at bay.

I've never taken winnie honestly....either should lean you up in theory.

Swoll, I'm curious, why Primo over something like Masteron?

I know ther reviews are mixed as the whether one is "better" than the other, but Primo is slightly more expensive. What got you to go with Primo?

the wheel is a killer... a full body killer... my lats/shoulders/chest/abs were beaten... for me, theyre really hard to control on the way down, (like you said without smashing my face/knees) i have to go down real slow and tight .... kabuki just slams hundreds out then pushes a prowler w 500lbs on it LOL

he is a sick individual


i already have this win sitting here i dont think im gunna order var for this cycle... im trying to keep it short and sweet for my first injectable...(primo 8 weeks is mild)

i dont plan on running too many cycles per year.. maybe 2 this year (for my next i was looking at a 12 week test e solo w/ a drol kickstart on a bulk in december... but let me not get ahead of myself

... from my understanding winny is the WORST steroid for my health.... i think i should try it... LOL

if i decide to, it will be the last 4 weeks of this cycle and ill have to turn it into a BIT more of a cut than i originally intended to...


morry, you dont like back/shin/calf pumps? i kinda like them lol... i remember good ol superdrols pumps when im trying to go to sleep sometimes...

I don't mind the pumps, they just get to where I can't deadlift bc they hurt so bad. The pumps on Var is so much worse than just normal back pumps. Those I can work through. These, if I ignore them, stop me in my tracks.....

They suck.

If you got the winny, sh1t why not then? I agree, 8 weeks is mile with Primo so I wouldn't think it would do too much damage. You're a smart dude, I'm sure you'll do the reading and figure out a way to make it the least harsh you can.
