soo, in the past few months ive gone from 220lbs back to 205....
basically found out i was allergic to gluten/soy and its in everything....
im comfortable at this weight because i havent lost much strength...
BUT I WANT MORE..... dont we all?

nolva-40 for 3 days/20/20/10

yoked-5 caps on w/o days (this stuffs cool)
daa(bulk) 3g ed beginning 5th week of cycle ending 3rd week of pct
an ai beginning 3rd week of pct as week
creatine mono 10g ed
jacked 3d (madd scoops brah)
current PRs
squat 405x1 below 90
deadlift 550x1
bench 335-345 depends
GOALS
squat- 425 or higher... this is my weakest lift (2 years ago i was in a wheelchair after a motorcycle accident)
deadlift- my goal has been 600 for some time now... ill settle for 575 on this cycle
bench-350-365 (ive hit 365 in the past on sd... just havent been able to keep that strength)
not really trying to gain too much weight on this cycle... im mainly interested in the recomping effect of epi.... wouldnt be upset with a few lbs lbm
cals will be kept at or just above maintenence ... about 3000 3500 cals

mon-legs
tues-back tris
weds-cardio/abs/plyo work
thurs-chest
fri-legs/back (deadlift day)
sat-arms/shoulders (beach muscle day)
sun-cardio/abs/plyo work
note: this entire set up may change... sometimes ill walk into the gym, decide i feel good, and ill set a PR... even if im not supposed to be working out that day
im open to any suggestions/opinions reguarding how i have this all set up...
