T50's Bi-Winning Log with AndroLean+AndroHard
I've been kind of on the fence about making a log for my stack of AndroHard and AndroLean but decided it would be beneficial since there are a lot of skeptics of the series. This isn't going to be a super crazy detailed log with my whole diet and workout posted but more of a log where I note big changes and my overall thoughts so far.
I was 200.0 pounds Monday morning and am trying to cut the most fat possible in the next 6 weeks. I'm not sure exactly but I think I'm sitting around 14-15% body fat. In the last month, my workouts and diet went to **** due to bull**** I had to deal with but now am back and ready to kill it. My experience with steroids includes mass tabs (years ago), superdrol, and a test prop/var cycle but I'm kind of convinced my test was bunk or severely under dosed. I am extremely tolerant to sides (or so it seems) so I'm not expecting to experience any negative sides on this cycle since superdrol didn't really give me sides except for minor lethargy in the 4th week.
I started the cycle 3 days ago and am dosing it as follows
Diet will be a full out keto cutting diet starting around 2600-2700 calories for about the first week and then adjust accordingly. Trying to get 300g protein a day, carbs below 30g, and the rest of my calories coming from fat.
Workout will be the one included with AndroHard. Supersets are more tiring than I recalled haha. I'll be doing as much cardio as I can including some days of cardio in the morning and post-wo.
Monday - Chest, Back, Shoulders
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Arms
Thursday - Cardio, maybe some Abs+Forearms
Friday - Chest, Back, Shoulders
Saturday - Arms
Throughout the duration of the log, I will be commenting on differences in these areas:
Here are my thoughts of the last few days.
Day 1 3/21/11 - Popped two of each right after waking up. Very soon after dosing, I felt the thermogenic effects of the AndroLean. Very pronounced, more so than any fat burner I have tried previously including Alpha-T2 and ECA. This was very impressive and I was surprised to notice anything so quickly. Took my second dosing of 2 each about 20 minutes before my workout Monday included chest/back/slight shoulders/traps as dictated by the AndroHard workout. The entire I workout I was sweating like I had just run sprints. I sweat easily but this was much more noticeable than usual. Nothing else was really noted as different during my workout. I had a decent pump but nothing that i was anything special. Pumps did seem to last a tad bit longer than normal though. I did have a lot of sex dreams Monday night though lol
Day 2 3/22/11 - Same dosing schedule as Monday: morning and pre-wo. Thermo effect was very noticeable once again. I was in a really good mood all day considering i had a quiz and test. Workout was decent and sweat like crazy again. Endurance seemed good during 30 mins on the elliptical after my workout and the time seemed to fly by. Sex drive was definitely up and porn was calling me all day vascularity seemed to be up a tad and I seemed a little dryer than normal but again, nothing crazy.
Note: Weird thing happened about 20 mins after my first dose. Got really sick and was violently throwing up. Don't have any clue why and no other dose has made me sick to my stomach. I chalked it up to a fluke and don't think AL/AH had anything to do with it.
Day 3 3/23/11 - Today I really noticed changes. Seems like everything was kicked up a notch after taking my second dose after the gym. Thermogenic effect still hitting hard and I was sweating from doing nothing. As I sit at my desk right now I feel really hot. Vascularity was definitely up today and my sex drive was through the roof. Caught myself staring at girls all day and eye ****ing a bunch that walked by haha. Confidence and attitude are kicked up a notch while I love. Already noticed I was more assertive and ****y than I usually am haha. Great mood all day also. Was feeling much more full after my workout and second dose. It's like I've stayed pumped after my workout and I still feel it. Workout went very well and my strength was better than I would have thought it was going to be. Muscular endurance was definitely increased today and my muscles themselves were looking tighter and dryer. I'm really surprised I'm noticing these things so quickly. It seems I've already leaned out or tightened up some. Top abs are looking the slightest bit more visible and my arms during bis today were looking a lot more cut/dry.
Randomness of the day: rescued a baby squirrel walking back from the gym. It was about to get eatin by birds and its mother was no where to be found so I ended up taking it home with me. A person who takes in squirrels is coming to pick her up tomorrow
Overall, I'm very impressed already, especially that I am not running either at full dose. I really was not expecting to notice anything so far. I'm very excited to see what happens in the next 6 weeks

Thanks guys and yea she's a squirrel rehabilitator for squirrels that are abandoned or injured. She came this morning and picked her up.
Little update, feeling sick today. I've been coughing up yellow **** for the past few days and today I've been coughing a lot and didn't really sleep well last night. Still planning on doing abs/forearms and cardio tonight though. About to take a nap right now.

Anyway, after taking a nap earlier, I felt much better and proceeded to go to the gym and do cardio and abs/forearms. Worked up a mean sweat doing just forearms and I wasnt really even putting that much effort in lol. AndroLean strikes again right there. 45 minutes of cardio was a breeze and looking in the mirror right before posting this, I'm noticeably leaner/tighter than I was Monday. Thinking I might weigh in tomorrow morning to see where I'm at.
And now I'm stuck with a dilemma, all my friends want to go out so I might go but not drink. Gonna be hard but whatever, when I'm looking better than everyone in the beach I won't miss the brews

This warmth usually last about 3-4 hours and it starts to fade. On Tren, aggression was pretty high but manageable. Now all hell breaks loose when the barista at my starbucks get my order wrong.

Training is just about the same, strength is still skyrocketing but attribute that from the Tren. Focus is also slightly up that last 2 days.

Yah the energy and anti-lethargy sounds just like our old dermacrine. AL is definitely the new dermacrine, imo, but with more conversion and an added bonus with the 7-keto

Day 5 3/25/11
Attitude/Mood - Nice calm mood all day. Noticed i've been genuinely happy since starting the cycle. Still a little more confident and assertive but I'm waiting for this aspect to really increase (I hope it does, I want that superdrol "about to take over the world" feeling).
Stress - Nothing to stress about right now besides some work for next week but I'm good for now.
Strength - Haven't noticed anything much in terms of strength yet. Worked out chest/back/shoulders again and was able to get more reps but not go up in weight.
Endurance/Recovery - Endurance is definitely up. Did the same weight for most things as Monday and got more reps for each exercise. Didn't get tired at all until the very last portion of my workout. Recovery between sets is up so i can take less rest and still hit my numbers.
Thermogenic Effect - Still going strong. Took AL + AH about an hour ago and I'm very warm right now. Was sweating a ridiculous amount during my workout.
Workout Quality - Had good energy and motivation for my workout, something I've been lacking before starting this cycle. Was really in the mood to lift.
Sex Drive - Higher for sure. Staring at girls all day. No random wood through out the day but definitely thinking about sex more. One thing I have noticed, my sex drive really drops late at night. Like where it's almost an effort to get completely hard. Idk.
Few quick other things. About to order a **** load of amino acids and start doing morning cardio with just BCAAs. Think I'm going to start EC stack at the beginning of week 2 also.
Changing my workout a little bit. I'm not liking doing sets of 10 reps for certain exercises, especially on keto. My body seems to favor lower rep sets when dieting and keto makes it even worse when I try to do higher rep sets. Like the first 5 are cake and then I just have no energy for the rest. So for certain exercises I'm going to only do 5 reps per set but increase the weight a lot. Thinking this will be much better.
