Androhard- 3 soft gels am, 3 soft gels pm (4-6 weeks)
Dermatherm- 1-2 pumps ed (love handles/chest)
- 2 gels 2x.ed
Green tea- 1 cap, 3x.ed (with meals)
Main idea here is fat loss, so I will be at a caloric deficit diet for now with LBM
preservation/growth a secondary goal. Carbs will be dropped to a minimum but a full blown ketosis diet is out of the question since I get hypo and all sickly doing that...
A healthy well rounded diet will be used with timing specific macro ratios in each meal specified for recovery/fatloss/energy stores.
Specific daily kcals/foods will not be recorded as I feel can droll reading through logs that go that in depth and tedious work for the logger when I already know what works for myself and can apply that knowledge using a variety of food sources to reach my goals... A typical daily diet for me us listed below... But this isn't a problem or the focus of this log, Androhard and the FLS's ability to HELP me in accelerating my goals is whats on display here and will be the focus point of ththis log. Other random although pertinent info will be added or omitted as I see fit throughout, I'll also be open to answering questions.
Breakfast(after fasted cardio)
Protein shake OR
Whole wheat toast OR
Whole wheat pasta OR
Whole Oats (in Pro shake)
Glass of Low sodium V8 juice
VARIES, Nuts, Beef jerky, Salad, 1/2Chicken Breast
Bananas for needed potassium
Can of tuna
Pretty much anything low in Carbs/Fat, high in protein
Chicken Breast or Lean Red Meat
Whole wheat Pasta
Whole wheat Roll/bread
Home made Chili with lean rinsed beef.
Protein powder w/ 8g
Protein powder or drink
Simple carbs at first
Meat of some sort, Chicken, pork, Lean beef
Broccoli/Salad/some other sort of greenery
AM Cardio usually, if not cardio done for 20min post lifts... sometimes both.

Machine or cable fly 4x10
TUT Bare bar Incline Press 5 reps @15-20sec pos and neg for a 30-40sec
Cable Cross over press 4x10
DB Curls 4x10 (mixed variants of hammer and rep curl)

Iso lat pulldowns 4x10
Bent over DB Rows 4x10
seated rows 4x10
Standing over head cable curls 4x10
Lateral DB Raises 4x10
Front Raises 4x10
Arnold press 4x10
DB shoulder press or military press4x10

Given how ive responded to other dht produts and derivitives im expecting to see some major fat loss and ecen some decent muscle gain if I pull it out to 6 or 8 weeks.... Very exciting!
