I ordered some Propionyl-L-Carnitine and Acetyl L-Carnitine. I am hoping to see benefits in the following areas: Energy Level, Memory/Concentration, Motivation and Fat Loss.
My question is how should I take these. Should I take them in the morning/afternoon/evening? With/without food? Together or individually? What type of doses?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
