First Log. LG M1-d Activate X and Triazole

Hey everybody after working out for a few years and reading a lot of logs on here about PH's I decided to try it out myself and log it for other people to learn from and build off of. :party:
A little info I am 21 been working out on and off since i was a teenager but got more serious about two years ago, had a nice recomp for two months and want to get big with some phs. Im 155 right now at 5'10 and want to gain 5-7 pounds off this I think.
I am going to run M1-d at 3 caps a day to start week one
bump that to 4 of M1-d and 4 of Activate X week 2 and then add Triazole week 3. Im not sure how long im goin to run this I might try and save some supps for future stacks and only run them each 3 weeks or ill go 4 but either way im starting them in this order so I have a week of all 3.

My workout

Monday Legs Abs

Tuesday Chest

Wednesday Back Abs

Thursday Off

Friday Shoulders Abs

Saturday Arms


I actually started today so here was my Arms workout 3/5

Seated curls 25 lbs 3x10
Wide grip ez bar curls 65x10 70x8 75x6 80x8 85x6 90x4 95x2
close grip ez bar curls 65x10 70x8 75x6 80x4 85x6 90x4 95x2
standing curls 35lbs 3x8
Overhead Tricep extension drop down sets i did 75 just the first time
(75 lbs 1x8) 65lbs 3x8 45 3x8 and 30 3x8 those were done back to back.
skull crushers 55 3x8 (wish i went heavier but was a little tired)
DB tricep extension 25lbs 3x10
Underhand tricep pulldown 45lbs 3x 10
superset with overhand pulldowns 45lbs 3x10

I had a decent abs workout but was tired
3x25 decline situps where you cross over and hit the obliques
3x30 decline diagonal situps idk what you call them really i saw some1 do them go back diagonally almost over your shoulder to one side and then up then back on the other
Weighted flat bench situps 30 lbs 3x15
In-Outs on a flat bench 2x30 those u balance while extending ur feet out and shoulders back hits my core well so I try to do them as fast as I can.

I had a good legs workout today. Still sore from my arms workout but only my triceps because I had added the dropdown sets which I will deff. be doing again. Im writing mad late but I had school and feel asleep after but im eating my cotage cheese now with my milk, thats my casein shake if you were curious.

ab workout was the same except i couldnt do two sets of in outs my legs and core were f@#$ed

So far I do feel bigger and harder and want to bump up to four caps tomoro. I think Ill take two caps in the am then two before I workout, I thought It made morse sense to take at least one after workout for recovery anybody know about that?

Thanks I havent used any test boosters before and deffinetly like it so far. Im gonna bump it to 4 tomoro hopefully get some aggression in the gym and kill the weights I do feel good but I feel good on creatine and beta alanine. Ive been taking a break on that even tho I could use ba.

Chest workout decent I skipped it last week because of a shoulder strain and my strength was good.

Deadlift with a 45lb plat to my chest 3x12 (core work)
straight leg deadlift 120lbs 3x8

Abs

2x20 weighted oblique crunch 45lbs
3x15 weighted flat bench sit up
3x30 in outs

Lots of ab work man my back pumps carried me through. Oh yeah I bumped to four.

Alright I am too tired to post my workout for the other day but its all going well no extreme strength gains yet have gained weight and muscle. I also feel the aggression and have a pimple or two on my forehead which i just got. Should be really fun next week.

Great legs workout last night. Got 265 squat twice and 325 twice on the leg press. Then killed my hammys with prone leg curl.

Squat
155x10 185x8 215x6 235x4 265x2

Leg press
225x10 250x8 275x6 300x4 325x2

Prone leg curl
70x10 75x8 80x6 85x4 90x2 (55x10)

Woke up not sore at all wouldnt know I had lifted last night lol. I think its because I took my first dose of 2 ax and 2 m1d at breakfast waited till after dinner to lift then took my other dose with my snack after. Taking today off because my shoulder is a little sore. I think I will be okay next week to do chest excercises but dont want to this week. Shoulders are out for a while,

So this is really annoying but my workouts have been cut to 3 a week beause of my shoulder. Im only doing arms legs and back for the rest of this log.

Strength is up which is good news.

I jumped on Triazole today also ;) Gonna use it 2last weeks of PCT and taper off for 2 more weeks :thumbsup:

How's this stack treating you so far? Feeling great?

Yeah feels really good my legs especially feel much stronger which has made leg days more fun for sure. I think I took all of it once after a workout and was feeling great all night like full of energy ha good stuff.

Im looking into p-mag and stano for my next stack which wont be for a while since schools almost out and work is right around the corner :irked: but next semester im gonna be getting big hopefully.

I really felt good today it was probably because of the triazole and I havent been in the gym since friday. Breezed through the squat and leg press I wish I got 275 then I work to 300 but my m1-ds almost gone I think. Shoulder injury feels better felt it after the weighted flat bench sit ups and it felt worked but not painful.

Nice work man. You got some nice squat numbers there. Are you logging kilos or pounds? Keep up the hard work.

I've just reached 220 pounds on sqauts. What i find strange is that my leg press is double my squat at 440. Hopefully my squat can go closer to my LP soon. You look like you have a nice balance.

Im in pounds, those are good numbers hows your form do you do ass 2 grass?

The rollups are standing forearm curls.

Ab work

Standing oblique crunch with 45lb weight 2x20

Overall It was really good the numbers aren't really going up but that was a really good workout and I can deffinetly feel this ****. Aggression is at an all time high.

Back workout today went well first one after m1d and strength is great plus I dont have a back cramp the size of texas like ive had since my last deadlift session lol.

decent strength still im not worried about weight at this junction. Ive been working my shoulder with a long stretchy band and its been great also got some skeletal balm just used it for the first time after my workout and its feeling good.

Id like any suggestions maybe for what to do next I'd like to get real cut this summer and obviously strong. If you have any ideas which I know you do list some. Im looking at katana but its mad expensive would it work well by itself??

Thanks its been fun and honestly I feel better everyday. Im guessing the m1-d made me lethargic a bit and deffinetly aggrivated, like wanting to flip **** for someone turning a vaccum on. Seriously wish I had daa to go with this.

Not much to talk about today I did like 100 pushups after I stretched my rotator cuff and did some strengthening excercises. My chest feels bigger than before and I havent even been doing chest. Did some triceps too.

So my first logs kinda sucking and Ive run into a lot of problems with scheduleing work school and other stuff but I got to the gym today for a leg workout. I Uped the weight in my squat and leg press but nearly tore my abs on a weighted decline crunch

Abs went alright Im sort of heavier now I think and they arent as easy as when I was ten pounds lighter

I decided to go with a Sarm for the summer I got a good deal on ostarine and looking at s4 too. Probably wont stack the first time. Maybe just a test booster with osta and an otc ai. any suggestions.
