Time To Get Real!

Goals:
  • Gain 2-3 inch on Arms
  • 185-200
  • Get a lot bigger, and more defined
Stats:
  • Weight: 172(Just got weighed at the doctor)
  • Height: 74.7 inches or 6'2.7 lol
  • Max Weights: Will be determined tonight
Why:
Going to pursue my goals, and once again get focused. I have been really lazy since Mid-December, which has killed my body and sadly left me feeling empty. I miss the gym, I miss feeling that pump, I miss killing and destroying my body in the gym.

Supplementation:
  • LG Sciences: Natabolic Stack
  • LG Sciences: I-GH-1
  • Body Tech: Protein(Unless I can get my hands on a sponsor
    for protein, for this log)
  • Con-Cret Concentrated Creatine
  • Multi-Vitamin(Not sure which one to get)
  • Heart Healthy Pack from GNC lol
Starting this thread, will be keeping a detailed log, daily, and new pics up either weekly of EOWeek.

Workout Regime:
  • Monday: Chest
  • Tuesday: Back
  • Wednesday: Arms
  • Thursday: Trap/Rear Dealts
  • Firday: Shoulders
  • Saturday: Legs
  • Sunday: Off(Cardio & Intense Ab Killing)
Diet:
  • Going to try and maintain around 3800-4000 cal a day.
  • Looking for a weight gainer. I am stuck between a couple
  • 1.5-2.0 gallons of water a day.
No measurements at the moment.
Will be taking them, every two weeks.

Will also be taking before pictures, when I get a chance.

Will take pictures of my legs, because I will be destroying my legs during this whole thing, and might add a second leg day, since legs can take more of a beating. My legs are effing tiny and I look retarded because I have a big upper body, and skinny legs :/.

P.S: If you are looking for someone to log your supplements or anything I am your man. ;) lol just throwing that out there.

Also, supplementation of Natabolic Stack, I-GH-1, will not start for another week or two. Have to wait to order it, then for it to get here... so yeah. :bling:

  • 2 Bagels, lightly buttered
Lunch:
  • 2 Bagels, Lightly buttered
  • 6 fish fillets, breaded
  • 1 apple
  • 2 can's of Mountain Dew
Dinner(Pre-Workout, that I am eating right now)
  • 2 chicken breast fillets, breaded with plantain chips, and fried in olive oil
  • Half a plate of white rice, with mozzerela cheese melted in it
  • Black Beans cooked with Potatoes for flavor
  • 32oz Water
  • 44g Protein Whey Isolate Shake - Body Tech

Have you considered stretching your meals out? Maybe try and get 5-6 meals per day. And for gods sake drop that mtn dew lol

About my diet today, it was crap lol I know that.
I was not able to go grocery shopping. :/
That is what I am doing tomorrow, I have to wait for my money to transfer over from my other bank.

Ill have one more big meal before I go to sleep, so my body doesn't eat away at the muscle.

I will be going to the gym in about an hour.

Pre-Workout:
Hemo Rage Black Ultra Concentrate
Along with a couple of Rice Cakes.

430g of Carbs
3800-4000 cal

Today, was not a good day for food, and the Mountain Dew is a serious addiction, but I will loose it by Monday of next week :)!

Just got back from the gym.
Bench max: 275
Incline max: 245
Decline max: 260
Squat max: 270
Deadlift max: 295

I did my maxes, along with abs and a bit of cardio at the end of my workout.

Post-Workout Meal
44g of Whey Isolate
2 plates of white rice, mixed with beans and potatoes
5 chicken breast fillets
1 apple
6grams of CDT Labs Creatine
2 servings of Heart Healthy Packs (GNC)
50mg of Zinc
1 glass of Heated Milk

DB Incline Press: 50x12,50x12,70x10,80x4 (Felt something pop..hurt lol)
WG BB Flat Bench Press: 135x20,135x20,185x8,185x8
Incline Pushups: 10 sets till failure


Dinner:
  • 44g of Whey Isolate
  • Dinner at Panda Express, took my mom out for a good dinner
Sadly, I was not really feeling it today, had a really bad headache. I think it was from the Hemo Rage... used to get them :/

Hey im not sure what your money situation is like right now but APS makes the baddest pre workout around. Its that mesomorph, it'll blow your mind. Well worth the money and I never get headaches with it either. just a thought

Hey guy's sorry for not keeping up with my log. I have had a really ****ty and busy past week and a half.
Passing of my G-Ma hit me really hard, and I started smoking an insane amount of cig's and drinking just to cope with the pain.
I stopped smoking and drinking Sunday.
This week I have been killing it.
I upped my cal's to 4000.
I am at 176.

Now I am on Con-Crete, Zinc, and Whey Isolate.
I hit money problem's bad... no money to buy my supplement's at the time... so I am probably going to have to wait for a while sadly... unless some how I could get sponsored for something lol.

Dosing Con-Crete twice a day. Once in the morning then 15min after I work out with my Protein shake.
I am taking 100mg of Zinc a day... I think I am just going to drop it to 50mg... just don't really know.
Split it two doses, 50mg/am ; 50mg/pm before I go to bed.

Also changed up my workout routine and it seems that my muscle memory is kicking back in, I blew back up pretty fast, and I look better in my wife-beaters lmfao.

Will be post my workout split... it's actually just an adjusted version of Arnold's regiment... and might I say HOLY EFFING POOP IT'S INSANE!!!
Plus Hemo Rage Black Ultra Concentrate is starting to taste like poo, so I stopped using it. So atm I am not taking a pre-workout.
