Goals:
Going to pursue my goals, and once again get focused. I have been really lazy since Mid-December, which has killed my body and sadly left me feeling empty. I miss the gym, I miss feeling that pump, I miss killing and destroying my body in the gym.
Supplementation:
Workout Regime:
Will be taking them, every two weeks.
Will also be taking before pictures, when I get a chance.
Will take pictures of my legs, because I will be destroying my legs during this whole thing, and might add a second leg day, since legs can take more of a beating. My legs are effing tiny and I look retarded because I have a big upper body, and skinny legs :/.

Also, supplementation of Natabolic Stack, I-GH-1, will not start for another week or two. Have to wait to order it, then for it to get here... so yeah. :bling:

Time To Get Real!
Goals:
- Gain 2-3 inch on Arms
- 185-200
- Get a lot bigger, and more defined
- Weight: 172(Just got weighed at the doctor)
- Height: 74.7 inches or 6'2.7 lol
- Max Weights: Will be determined tonight

- Heart Healthy Pack from GNC lol

- Monday: Chest
- Tuesday: Back
- Wednesday: Arms
- Thursday: Trap/Rear Dealts
- Firday: Shoulders
- Saturday: Legs
- Sunday: Off(Cardio & Intense Ab Killing)
- Going to try and maintain around 3800-4000 cal a day.
- Looking for a weight gainer. I am stuck between a couple
- 1.5-2.0 gallons of water a day.
