    4wk P6 Red Solo Run


    Logging a P6 Red solo run for 4 weeks.
    Been on for 2 days.
    5'11" 185
    359protein 380 carbs 90-120fat




    Ingredients

    Ovine Placental Powder
    Tribulus terrestris
    Beta-sitosterol
    Cimicifuga racemosa
    Agaricus bisporus
    Eurycoma longifolia
    3,4-divanillyltetrahydrofuran
    Dihydroxy Diosgenin
    Sclareolide



    History: Been liftin for a long while now.
    Never cycled anything.


    I track my lifts and training so as I lift I'll post.
    My split is basically:

    Back-Wide focus/Lats
    Chest-High Rep Day
    Off
    Back-Upper Back/Thickness
    Shoulders/Chest Low Rep 2-3 exercises
    Legs and stretching in AM (MWSa)
    Arms-Will be done when necessary.

    Ill post pix when asap so we can see what happens.
    Dosing according to label.

    -Might pick up some fenugreek and saw palmetto
    -Need a good anti-ox prone to breakouts any suggestions?

    Day 1 no training/ Maintenance cals 2 pills
    Took first dose got nose bleeds and gurgly stomach and ****s within 15 mins. Suppresed appetite part of day

    Day 2 no training /Cheat meal day + superbowl
    Took second dose. Muscles felt flat in morning but had what seemed like a steady fullness/pump the rest of the after first meal. Noticed chest pains about 2 hours after dose and irritability constant thirst.

    Monday the 7th
    Day 3 Training day
    Took 2 in AM legs at lunch Back after work
    Nothing special to say except the normal morning dump and beed for hydration. Maybe a little irritable.

    Only had 30minutes to lift during lunch: I'll finish legs before I do back tonight

    Damn dude. I ran the 1st gen p6 red several times with great results & no sides. I also dan the 2nd generation p6 red twice with no sides.

    Well I took the same dose this morning as I have the other 2 and no problems really so, we'll see if anything comes up @3:30 when I take the 3 preworkout.

    I'm extremely sensitive to stimulants and basically everything I put in my body.

    I could never run hydroxycut or fat burners at manufacturers dosing.

    In December I was coming down with a stomach virus and didn't know it. At the time I was taking Jack3d and accidently took more than my usual. My body started flushing in 20 minutes, had headaches, room was spinning, didn't sleep until the next day....**** over 10x in less than 24 hours....basically peed out my ass.

    Turns out that due to a fast metabolism and a weakend immune system It caused a caffiene overdose. Lost 8lbs over night and another 2 during recovery.

    I got the weight back but it took a month.

    Sounds rough. If you overly sensitive to supps, I can't believe you use jack3d. That stuff is STRONG. definitely took some getting used to for me.

    had to work into it and will never take on empty stomach luckily for me my stomach doesn't usually experience empty being that I eat 6-8x per day lol

    I started with a quarter scoop and went up.

    I don't take any more than 1 scoop or I wont sleep until 4am and pretty much ****s the next 2 days up for me. Recently Ive been taking advil pm if Im not sleepy by 11pm.

    I used to take GNC brand NO which is a great product but it took me about 2 boxes before I could do the 4pill serving it suggests.

    Started at 6pm ended at 9pm. Im fn smoked.
    I typically have workouts like this. This wasn't out of the norm. I kno alot of people are gonna think im over training but Ive been making gains for awhile like this. Generally training can go from1.5-4 hours depending on what I have planned, rest times etc.

    Im taking in 2x my bodyweight in Protein and carbs so chances of overtrain are slim. But I watch closely. Monitor heart rate muscle fullness etc.

    Good News
    Scale says I'm 190.8lbs today. Usually I've ended at about 186 or so and would wake up 183.
    So if all goes right I'm up 4lbs this week by saturday. It is definitely my diet at this time because I havent had much strength gain maybe an extra rep at most. We'll see.
    Aggression and Libido is UP for sure. This spanish chick walked by me like 10x and I could smell sex!!! lmao Im going nuts that chick wad barely 18 or so and was with her man and I was on hawk status hahaha

    The other thing is I've noticed by body seems to be handling my calories more efficiently.
    I have what seems to be a slight pump all day. Haven't felt flat more than 2x since I started.

    I didn't train today, just light abs and I'll hit the bike before bed.
    Yesterday I trained legs.
    I wont be logging my leg training because it would skew peopl's perception of this product. My legs are very behind due to the extreme herniations of my discs at L4/L5 and L5/S1. The pain causes guarding and weakness so i have to train around this issue. I was injured years ago and had back surgery it was unsuccessful. This is why my back shoulders and legs are behind I'll be training legs but light with high reps for the most part. Until my body gives permission to do otherwise.

    Tune in for more updates If I put on around 10lbs by March and maintain or get lower BF% this stuff will have won me over. We'll see. Really trying to make some great gains on my back and shoulders in the next 4 weeks
