    Well i want to say this wowowowowowow! This is the best product i have seen with legit ingredients that work and i cant wait for it to hit my bloodstream main effect!!!!!

    i tried something new today to give my knees a weeks rest no squats and heavy lifts went at the end of my workout

    stretched

    7 mins of liss nose is way too stuffed to do cardio today

    hamstring curls ss with leg extensions both with a 3 second hold at peak working point

    1x170x11, 1x220x10 fing a this was tough lol wtf the hold really adds some pump and pain lol

    one legged leg press ss with calve raises on same machine

    standing smith machine calve raises
    1x135x50 mixed it up some very slow and with a hold at the top others fast and less flex

    I usually just stand on 25lb plates I 2nd this, smith standing calf raises are awesome

    Focus seems to be insane i mean like if you could inject focus thats what it feels like i am locked and ready every lift


    Energy is not bad so far i dont stay powered up long due to my diet

    power i am climbing in weights

    i could not hit biceps heavy as i usually do because my splint slips off the bar while curling

    lower back pain????


    i did not strain my lower back i dont think but i have a sore spot that aches when i sit up is there a pain med i can take that wont hinder my goals ??? fing hand is better now the back lol
