Well i want to say this wowowowowowow! This is the best product i have seen with legit ingredients that work and i cant wait for it to hit my bloodstream main effect!!!!!


I will make a sort of ad page later when im feeling better i was up all night coughing up lil blood nothing bad just dry coughs for five days can tear your eso****us up bad! i tried something new today to give my knees a weeks rest no squats and heavy lifts went at the end of my workout

7 mins of liss nose is way too stuffed to do cardio today

hamstring curls ss with leg extensions both with a 3 second hold at peak working point

if you do them use a aerobics pad so you get a full stretch on the fascia of the calves but they blow them up because you can use real real heavy weight when not cutting lol

I usually just stand on 25lb plates ;) I 2nd this, smith standing calf raises are awesome


lookin good in here brosef keep it up - hows the focus aspect of litup treating you?

Focus seems to be insane i mean like if you could inject focus thats what it feels like i am locked and ready every lift


Energy is not bad so far i dont stay powered up long due to my diet

power i am climbing in weights

now before someone bashes my bench form i do what i can with a messed up pec i canot go wide and i cannot go all the way down on most days i can feel it stressing the twisted tendon when i do so shush your mouths lol
