6 ft 160 trying to get up to atleast 175 for college ball next year.

Supplements :
Carb Slam (waxy maize starch)
Muscle juice (weight gainer)
Myo fusion (whey protein)
Casein protein
Creatine Mono
Adam multivitamin
massive amounts of food and water

Schedule
8 a.m – wake up, drink shake ( 3 scoops of weight gainer, 2 scoops of carb slam)
9 15 am – grab breakfast
1030 am - Lift
1130 – drink protein shake( 2 scoops myofusion, 2 scoops of carb slam) banana, granola bar
1 pm- lunch
330 pm – 2nd lunch
4 pm – Basketball drills
530 pm – Dinner
730 pm- 2nd dinner
9 pm - snack again
1030 pm – drink shake (3 scoops of weight gainer, 2 scoops of carb slam, 1 scoop of casein)
11 pm- calestetics, knee and ankle excercises

Workout - Defrancos guide for Skinny bastards 3 (monday, tues, thursday, friday)
Off day - wednesday , sunday
Plyos - saturday (jumpsoles workout)
