THE STACK
First off I told myself I'd start supping after the new year and due to my miscalculation on my cycle assist inventory I will be running a universal stack of mstack and animal pak.
Should be fairly low key but posting on here will keep me on path.


I believe its a 21 day run and will give me time to prepare something a little stronger next. I also added a scoop of ASGT as well.

I'm in the parking lot now and on a cell phone so expect pix and wo logs to come.

First day thoughts:

Feel a little funny not anything bad, maybe drying out a little? Not sure I am very prone to sides the first couple days hence the need for cycle assist for methylated stacks.
Other note it's a ton of pills I mean WTF it takes half the recommended 30 min recommended to get them all down

Animal Mstak is all natural no need for cycle assist. It's not a methly pro hormone it's ecdysterone, methoxy, and Turk. The only side effects you will see is strength, muscle fullness and better pumps but that's at 2 Mstaks a day bud.

Don't worry about all the pills it's fine. I've taken 3 mstaks in one day and will finish off my supply of them after I'm over this cold/flu at 3 a day :D

Seated scapular raise:

Dips:

Bench dips:

Skull crushers immediately followed by close bench same weight and reps:
115x8/8/8

Plus some ancillary lifts, cable crossovers tri rope extensions medicine ball pushups and pecdeck

Caught a cold and took little over a week off, no lifting no supps, no solid food for that matter. Took some time to do a quick inventory of my universal supps and planned a change for this run:
Wk 1-2 pak/stack/mstack
Wk 3-4 pak/mstack x2

Pretty much just want to kill my animal stack off

Lifted today no supps first day back just wanted to get the muscles loose then 15 min in the steam room

Oh yea and current weight is 272lbs

Glad you're feeling better man. If the animal Mstak works for you then you might be interested in a ecdymorph product.
