    Hi this is going to be my first ever log at NP. I have been choosen to take a run with the new Phytoserms-347. There is a lot of attention on Bulbine product lately........let see how it compare to other natty testbooster around.

    Forgot to weight in this morning, will do tomorow morning first thing. Took pictures this morning will try to post them up tomorow. I will not do any blood work, since I leave in Canada and I don't think my insurance would cover it.

    Update weigth is 220 lbs first thing in the morning, will post pics soon

    Today was upper power day
    went like this........

    Day 1

    Incline bench press
    185 x5, 205 x5, 225 x5, 225x5

    Barbell Rows
    185 x5 for 4 sets

    Standing military press
    135 x5 for 4 sets

    Barbell shrugs
    225 x5 for 4 sets

    I had a good workout, feelt strong and ready to attack the weight. Hurt my back a little doing barbell shrug. I hope I will be ok for tomorow. I have done chiro treatment for the last 6 months, haven't squat or deadlift for over a year lower back was to bad.

    Not much to repport yet on Phytosarms 347 will see at it goes.

    Day 2

    Ok so today back was still hurting so decide to go with more reps and less weight.

    Legs press 10-15 reps
    540 lbs
    super set with
    seated calfs raise 10-12 reps
    90 lbs

    Legs extension 10-15 reps
    70 lbs
    super sets with
    Legs curl 10-15 reps
    60 lbs

    Legs press calf push 10-15 reps
    270 lbs

    Workout went not to bad considering that my lower back was still hurting.

    Not much to repport yet.....just that balls are starting to hurt a little, more size ! Almost always have that feeling on natty test booster.........but normaly not after 3 servings........seem promising !

    LOL@ ballpain. Not that it's a bad thing. Just seems so common with these logs! I'm seeing the same thing right now with my Tropinol haha.

    Was training on my lunch hours, tempo was fast 1 minute max in between super sets. Got a amazing pump, event more prononce at the arms it was almost grotesque, had difficulty to put water in my hand and drank it at the end of my workout to took my neovar !!!

    Another great workout, super good pump and blood flow to muscle ! So far I am impress ! Ball still feel big and full all the time, hunger is up also alway looking for something to eat. Pump, ball, hunger 3 signs of a good test booster !

    Wanted to go at the gym for day 5 and 6, but my little baby girl was sick so did not end up going


    Day 7 ( monday )

    Mt lower back is still hurting so i did not do the heavy legs day. Went to the gym late a night and it was still full so i did not do my regular super set workout.

    Went like this

    Legs extension alternated
    70 lbs x 15 x 5 sets

    Lying legs curls
    60 lbs x 15 x 5 sets

    Legs press
    540 lbs x 15 x 5 sets

    Legs press calfs push
    360 lbs x 15 x 5 sets


    Had a good workout, legs were pump and full of blood.

    Day 8

    Last night went I arrived from my workout my GF was on the phone with my mother.......Have some mortality in my family I don't know when I will be training in the next few day.......might have to take friday, saturday and sunday of......will see.

    Also from the lack of proper sleep in the pass fews weeks I am having a sore troath today.

    Went at the gym anyhow on lunch time today


    Incline bench press
    185lbs x5
    225x 5
    225x 4
    225x 4

    Bodyweight pull up
    x 7
    x 6
    x 6
    x 5

    Standing military barbell shoulder press
    135 lbs x5 x 5 sets

    Did not end up doing barbell shrugs since this is the excercise where I hurt my back last week.

    Ok I am back

    I guest I am on day, If my calcul are good that I am on day 15. Anyway I was sick like a dog for a week, sore throat, aching articulation, no appetite at all etc... My gilfriend and Baby girl where also sick, so been sick and having to take care of other sick people at the same time, with not a lot of sleep is pretty hard. But I guest I survive lol !

    Day 14 training went like that :

    Bench press
    3 sets x 12-15 reps with 185 lbs

    Decline Bench press
    3 sets x 12-15 with 185 lbs

    Incline bench press
    3 sets x 12-15 with 155 lbs

    Cable triceps push down
    3 sets x 12-15 with 130 lbs

    super set with
    3 sets x 12-15 with 70 lbs


    lying skull crunh
    3 sets x 12-15 with 70 lbs

    Super set with

    DB biceos curls
    3 sets x 12-15 with 30 lbs

    Was suppose to do another biceps , triceps super set but was to tired to do it. Did had great pump last night but I did not felt strong during the workout.

    Day 15

    DB shoulder press (did not took note of reps done in this training, forgot my training log )

    3 x 60
    super sets

    lateral raises
    3 x 20

    Pull iso machine
    3 x max

    Super sets

    barbell shoulder press

    Again tonight went training at 8 PM, did not felt strong or dominant tonight, but has great pump and muscle fullness. I might have some remaining effect of what I had last week or I need to adjust to train that late ( this situation is temporely ) anyhow I did not like the way my 2 last workout went, did not felt powerfull, or great muscle contraction, mind muscle connection as my 1 week.

    maybe you didn't feel strong, but compared to your earlier posts, your weights looked higher in some exercises. your reps were high in others.

    man, if i were coming back from a big illness like that, i would also lower the weights and up the reps, try to sweat the sickness out of the body.

    looks like excellent work outs, from here.

    well, you still have two full weeks of phyto to run.
    just stay healthy!

    stay hydrated, too.

    you were looking like a thick strong man in those starting pics.

    Day 16

    Today did 5 minutes bicycle to warm up

    Did try squat for the first time over a year, since hurting my bakc and doing chiro every week.

    lol went like this

    3 sets x 75 lbs x 12 reps my back was still hurting , not has much as it used to be but felt uncomfortable. I lost all my squat flexibility, event got cramp in my shoulder from having to grasp the bar behind my back !!! I could only imagine people walking by looking at that 220 pounds man with 75 lbs on the bar lol

    I will get back slowly in shape lol!!

    man, i feel the same way.
    some doods crawling about my gym weighing 75 kgs squatting 150kgs, and me with a baby on my back...

    and even with this, i still get lumbar spasms.
    metacarbomal, my friend, metacarbomal and tolerance...

    in time, brother, in time, we will get 'em!

    the rest of the workout looks solid, for sure!
    lots of sets!

    how are you feeling, i mean, a day later?

    likely, if you keep up with the squatting motion, lower weights and higher reps, you can build some mass, tone up, and still save your back.

    I am starting to feel better, every co worker are sick now, lots of friend and familly to, was hit by the first wawe but start to feel better now. Event do I don t feel 100 % , Iwas able to increase my standing military press on day 20. 9 days left will it them hard !

    i think improved, even though you are sick...

    btw, do you use a vitamin d supplement?
    i have been taking 5000iu vita D daily (sometimes 10000!)
    during the winters (when i can't get any sun),
    and illnesses are nearly forgotten.
    cheap too.

    Ye I use 1 000 of vitamin D all year, might look to bump it a little I also buy some NOW fow Immnune advantage and Immune Renew supplement to help boots my system and
    2 000 of Vitamine C daily should help ! Juts pop another 1 000 of Vit D. Thank you for the head up.

    Also I read that DHEA is good to boost Immune system, must be cover with your Demacrine !

    actually, this is the first time i have ever played with any dhea product.
    i am an old man, and dhea is often recommended for old people like me...

    the dermacrine definitely feels good.
    i feel healthy.
    sleeping very well since i have been using it, so that must count for something too!

    about the vitamin d,
    i would use more.
    you can get 360 5000iu caps for 15bux from iherb.
    that is enough for 2 years.
    it is difficult to get too much during the winter.
    i don't use it during the summer.
    instead, i just try to get out in the sun
    preferably with no shirt,
    for an hour or so around noon
    a couple of times a week...

    when i can't do that, i will take some vitamin d supplement.

    your body will regulate vitamin d levels from sun,
    but cannot when the vitamin d comes from supplements,
    so it is important NOT to take too much for too long
    (i wouldn't take 10,000iu/day all year, but i wouldn't be too worried to do so for the winter months only...).


    by the way, if you are worried about sunburn from sun exposure,
    don't use sunscreen (toxic garbage!).
    astaxanthin is the ticket.
    does lots of good stuff.

    it is a new supplement, so people are not sure about the long-term usage potential.
    typically, with any supplement, the body acclimates to its presence, and the benefits from using it diminish.
    so cycling it should keep the effects relatively fresh.

    i have read of guys running it for 8 weeks and testifying to h-drol level recomps, just a bit slower.

    there is also a dood here on this forum runnin a log right now
    who says he gained 7 pounds of muscle in 3 weeks!

    i will run 8 weeks, 2 bottles.
    then move on to something else, likely h-drol and epi...

    Right, I think a 6-8 week run would be efficient. Not something you would wanna stay on year round.

    Right and I remenber reading that there is diminish return from 3,4 Divanil after 6 to 8 weeks

    DAY 22

    We been hit by a big snow storm yesterday so I did not go to the gym last night, instead did the P90x shoulder and arms routine. Went well full upper body pump.

    Day 23

    Legs press
    5 sets x 9-11 reps 14 plattes

    Deadlift
    5 sets
    225 x 6
    245 x 6
    265 x 5
    265 x 4
    265 x 3

    Seated calfs vertical push
    5 sets x 10-12 reps x 90


    First time deadlifting for a long time felt good ! great workout, great legs pumps, ball aching a little again ! I am back on track ! Still go some mucus to get out of my system but felt pretty strong and good during workout !
