I have read a lot of conflicting information on how best to supplement leucine. Is it best taken with or without food? I have read to take in between protein meals or to take it with food. Also, I have read to take it 90 minutes before a workout with a meal or immediately after a workout to create an insulin spike. I was thinking well **** I might as well do both of these, but then i read that optimal supplementation should take place every 5 hours. How complicated can consuming a ****ing AA can actually be? Can anyone clear up the confusion? Thanks.
