I'm 23years old, from Holland.
A few months ago I had decided to myself to use H-drol for 5 weeks from today (monthday 3rd), but I got sick last week, and lost a couple off pounds right know despite my illness.

I'll start my 5h weeks H-drol cycle untill I feel better.

Cycle is look like this;
CEL H-drol 75/75/75/75/75
Iron Labs protect 3 caps daily, for 5 weeks (recommend dossage from the bottle)
Some Taurin as needed (to prevent backpumps)

Tamoxifen 20/20/10/10
Testbooster (don't no which to chose, maybe you can help me)

Workouts consits off German Volume Training 10x10 for 5 weeks and the last 3/4 weeks 10x7/10x6/10x5/10x4 with overload

When I recovered from my illness, I can eat like I did before;

For breakfast; 2 cups Oatmeal with 1 scoup whey protein and eggwhites + 3 omega caps 6 slicesWholeweat bread with turkey between breakfast and lunch
For cup Brown Rice with chicken breast and some veggies
6 slices Wholeweat bread with tuna between lunch and dinner
For dinner (dinner = mostly pre workout) white potatoes with chicken and veggies
Post workout shake; 3 scoups whey protein and 80 gram simple sugars or some soda
Post workout meal; 3 whole eggs with veggies
Before bed; Can of tuna with freah salad.

Drinking at least 2 bottles of water a day.
