I am kicking off the New Year with a cycle of

My goals are to gain some size and strength while shedding bodyfat. I am 5-7 and 170lbs, maybe see if I can get up to 178-180 while staying lean. I focus on bodybuilding workouts but I also started competing in Triathlons last year, so my training do get some tweaks. I will be doing a tri in late Feb so I get in plenty of cardio. It is tough balancing the 2 training styles as tri season kicks in during the summer.

My log will include wt changes and overall effects on strength, attitude, libido. I probably wont include daily workouts, just highlight some key changes (PRs) during cycle and PCT.
