    Thanks to VaughnTrue and IForce Nutrition for choosing me to log their new test booster, Tropinol.

    I'm in a recomp coming off a good bulk cycle, and I am looking to Tropinol to help boost the recomp with higher test levels. I want to cut some bf% while keeping my strength up, and hopefully increasing strength/muscle.

    [Dosing]
    For over 200lbs, the dose is 1 cap, 3x a day. I will take one upon waking (pre-workout), one in the afternoon and one with dinner.

    Some basic info on Tropinol:

    1. The key ingredient in Tropinol, Bulbine Natalensis(ProLensis TM) has been shown to increase testosterone by 347% while simultaneously reducing estrogen by 35%!

    Day 1-2:

    Took 3 pills spread out through the day. I haven't noticed much yet, perhaps a somewhat higher libido (or the libido check pics in other threads are working) and morning wood. Nothing too out of the ordinary yet. I do notice at times I burp up an herbal taste, but it's not bad.

    I do like the purple pills, easy to keep separate from other pills if I were stacking.

    I haven't noticed too much since I'm just starting, a bit more libido boost. Looking forward to the full kick in.

    Didn't notice much today, but I didn't make it to the gym being on vacation decided to take the toddler to the zoo. Pretty cool, he fed the giraffes, sting rays, and birds.

    I've been noticing an increase in interest when it comes to libido. This is good since I was not as interested lately.

    On day 5, had a good chest and tri workout. Day 6 & 7 were rest days.

    Felt really good and pumped after, and actually a bit sore the next couple days.

    NIce. The increase of interest always intrigued me. I know what libido is, but Always wondered If you could have a high Libido but kind of lack interest.

    Week 1 Review:

    Evaluation Points

    A.) Training intensity - 6/10 Increased, but not over the top.
    B.) Recovery time - 7/10 I've been resting less between sets.
    C.) Aggression - 6/10 I haven't noticed much here, but I'm not an aggressive person.
    D.) Strength increase - 7/10 lifts have been increasing on DB presses and squat getting easier.
    E.) Muscle Gain & Weight Gain - N/A I'll get my bf% tested at the end, recomp is goal.
    F.) Libido - 7/10 interest and libido have increased noticeably.
    G.) How does this stack up to other test boosters - For the first week, it seems better for strength than most T-boosters I've taken.
    H.) Would I recommend this to others - I'd take advantage of the NutraPlanet sale right now...

    Overall, going pretty well for a test booster. I'm more interested in the strength and recomp aspects, so those will be more apparent over time.

    Not sure, that is interesting...

    I typically think of increased libido as increased arousal from stimulus (i.e., chicks or pics of chicks). I think of increased interest as seeking out more stimulus.

    Only got one weight workout in on Day 9:

    Chest:
    Flat DB Bench Press: 45 x 12; 75 x 10; 85 x 10; 90 x 10; 95 x 10; 100 x 8; 105 x 6

    Incline Machine: 90 x 10; 140 x 10; 140 x 10; 140 x 8;

    DB Flyes: 40 x 10; 45 x 10; 50 x 10; 55 x 8; 60 x 6 (static stretch and hold on last rep)

    I was feeling really nauseous after the DB press, and was close to throwing up on the inclines and flyes, so I had to cut the workout short. I think I had too many stims pre-workout using Jacked at 4 scoops and 2 Fat Smack pills. I think I've got to take it a little easier on the stims next time.

    Regardless, I was able to push up more weight than usual on the Flat DB Press, so the increase felt good. I'd chalk up the increase in strength to Tropinol, it was moderate but still an improvement.

    Changed dosing to take 2 caps pre-workout first thing in the AM, then 1 before dinner. I wanted to try it out a few days to see if it made a difference in the gym. Unfortunately, felt nauseous again, this time I tasted vitamins when I was burping so I think it's because I've been taking my multi-vitamin pre-wo on an empty stomach. I'm going to stop that and re-asses.

    Overall a good workout, feeling it in my back in the evening and next day. Felt like I had a better mind/muscle connection and could really focus on working my back muscles.

    Libido and overall feeling is okay, not a huge spike to be honest. I have had a lot more energy though, able to stay up later and get more done after work.

    Overall felt pretty good, but I think I left too much gas in the tank on legs. I wasn't wobbly walking out of the building. The 315 squats were feeling fine, I guess I should've gone for more reps or something. Still felt good, got some good work in.

    The DB Military press is another area of frustration. I was not having a problem with 70lbs, but bumping up to 75 I couldn't get the DB from my leg up to a press. I've been recovering from a shoulder injury, so I've just recently been getting strength back. I'm glad it's finally coming back, guess I need to stay patient.

    The Tropinol seems to be helping overall recovering strength from my last 2 injuries on hamstring and shoulder. Strength is definitely improving due to many factors, but I believe Tropinol is helping to a degree. I can't say too much on the libido side lately, not much there these last couple days.

    Day 13-16:

    Well, it certainly feels like strength is improving during this recomp. The main difference has been the addition of Tropinol, so it feels like it's making an impact. It's not PH/DS dramatic, but a good boost.

    Alpha feeling is coming in, and aggression in the gym is improving. However, libido hasn't really increased and "endurance" in the sack went down.

    Had a good feeling chest workout today:

    Flat BB Bench Press: 135 x 10; 185 x 10; 225 x 5 (5 sets); 135 x 15
    Incline DB Press: 45 x 10; 60 x 10; 70 x 10; 80 x 8
    Decline Machine: 100 x 10; 120 x 10; 120 x 10; 140 x 10
    Flat DB Flyes: 40 x 10; 45 x 10; 50 x 10; 55 x 8; 45 x 6 (static stretch at end)

    This is good for me since I had not been able to do much on BB Bench Press due to a shoulder injury. It seems like it's getting better because I can start to put weight on the bar.

    I had a great pumped feeling afterwards, one that's stuck with me for a few hours after workout.

    Overall, it seems like this is having the best results I've gotten from an OTC test booster and only 2 weeks in. It's not PH/DS level of results, but not too shabby either...

    G.) How does this stack up to other test boosters - So far, it's having a more noticeable effect though not statistically yet.
    H.) Would I recommend this to others - Jury is out for now, but there are some good deals on NutraPlanet still...
    This feels like it's starting to kick in, but I'm still not expecting any miracles on a test booster.

    Felt good and strong during the lifts, only a slight weakness in my injured shoulder. It was nice to get back into the 400's on DL since I pulled my hamstring.

    So the odd thing is libido seems to go in and out on Tropinol. Initially it increased, then dropped, and now it's picking back up. It seems odd, not sure why that would be the case with a T booster, but we'll see where it goes from here.

    I just got into the 2nd bottle, so it looks like my total run on Tropinol will be ~34 days.

    Had a good arm workout this morning, I used 8 caps (3g) of creatine nitrate and about 2g Agmatine Sulfate. Arms are sore!

    Abs

    Curl Ladder* - saw this in a couple magazine lately so wanted to try it out. You set up the smith machine bar low and grab it with an underhand grip hanging below with your legs stretched in front of you, on your heels. You then pull your upper body to the bar using your biceps. Once you're at failure, to move the bar up a peg and go to failure again, then repeat. Felt good as a burnout.

    Okay, so aggression and everything is there in the gym and working well. I've had some good, intense workouts. I'm actually really sore all over, and that doesn't typically happen to me. Chest, back, shoulders (and now arms) are all really quite sore. Hopefully that means some good gains are around the corner!

    Yeah, I'd say it kicked in a little before week 2. I've been steadily increasing strength little by little and attacking the weights. Energy is staying up too, especially in the evenings I am much less tired! I'd say Tropinol certainly feels like it is increasing test levels quite well.

    The only thing I don't understand is why I'm so sore!? It's just unusual, but in a good way I think (good to feel something happening).

    Day 19-23:

    Energy has remained up, and strength continues to increase slowly. It's not PH strength by any means, but it does seem to give more of a boost in the strength department than other test boosters and stacks I've used (Novedex, Erase, Titanium, Recycle, Sustain Alpha, Post Cycle Support, DAA, Animal Stak, Formadrol, Blue Up, ZMA).

    What I'm liking is that my energy levels seem to be higher while on Tropinol. I usually depend on stims, but it seems like I don't have to take nearly as much, and can stay up later in the evening. I personally believe these are good signs of increased testosterone.

    I had a couple workouts during this time, a solid leg day and a good chest day. Both I'm pushing good weight, with good endurance and intensity. So far I'd have to say Tropinol is treating me well in the gym. Libido has been more on the low to norm side lately.

    A.) Training intensity - 8/10 Pretty consistent with week 2, good intensity. I've been more sore lately.
    B.) Recovery time - 7/10 Endurance is fine, but I have been experiencing more DOMS. May be intensity related or the pumps I've been getting from Creatine Nitrate.
    C.) Aggression - 8/10 Aggression has leveled off, mainly just increased intensity in the gym.
    D.) Strength increase - 8/10 Consistent but slow improvement week over week.
    E.) Muscle Gain & Weight Gain - N/A I'll get my bf% tested at the end, recomp is goal.
    F.) Libido - 5/10 interest and libido have gone down to below normal to normal.
    G.) How does this stack up to other test boosters - Tropinol seems to best affect & improve strength and intensity so far, better than other T-boosters and stacks I've used.
    H.) Would I recommend this to others - I'm leaning towards yes for those interested in strength improvements, but I want to see how it ends up.

    I'd say that Tropinol is active and doing what it's supposed to be doing. My strength continues to increase, and intensity is remaining high. Energy (opposite of lethargic feeling on cycle) is good. The only thing I'm a bit surprised by is the swings in libido, and actually more time spent at a lower libido while using it.

    Day 24-25:

    Alpha feeling has been great. I've noticed that I've been a bit more outgoing and assertive in daily activities and at work. I've been having good energy into the evening without stims, which is great!

    Strength has been increasing steadily as well, I've been working back up to my previous on-cycle PRs, and should be back to those levels in a few weeks at this rate.

    Libido is still not quite there. I tend to build tolerance quickly, and require higher than normal doses, so perhaps I need to increase the amount of Tropinol? Either way, I'll take gains over libido (I'm married)!

    Good back workout today:

    Pull-ups: BW x 10; BW x 8; +25 x 3; +10 x 5; +10 x 5

    I was impressed with the back fullness that I had during this workout. I felt thick and wide! DLs went up really smooth and easy, could've done 475 without much problem, but I am taking it slow getting back up to weight from a hamstring pull. The rows and pulldowns felt great too, and really focused on feeling the contraction in my lats on the pull-ups.

    Afterwards getting ready in the lockeroom, I noticed really nice width on my lats. My back definitely felt swole.

    Dude, I noticed we seem to have a very similar response to bulbine. After week two libido dropped off the map, and my energy levels are way up. I seem to only need about half the stims that used to be required to get me through the day.

    Day 26-31:

    I think aggression has been more noticeable here, and intensity at the gym. I've been pushing a bit harder than before, trying for extra sets and looking to go put myself to the test. It may be placebo effect or whatever, but aggression (and irritation TBH) has increased in and out of the gym. I am not an angry/aggressive guy by nature, so something has changed.

    Strength continues to improve, on weights lifted and reps. Again, I think this has been a better T-Booster for strength and intensity than libido when compared to other T-Boosters out there.

    Libido is pretty much at my normal baseline. Everything works on demand, for a while though there was less interest than normal. It's somewhat odd to me that it went up and down over the duration of the cycle.

    Overall, I'd say it's been a good cycle. I'll put up final thoughts and review in the next few days.
