Need a qulaity protein for dieting...

I know this may have been answered before. I am a lean guy, but am looking for a high quality protein blend. Like with Isolate added as well. Must be decnet tasting and lower carb and sugar. Anyone with suggestions?

I add carbolyn, so lower the "crappy" carbs the better. Thanks guys

Try Maximum Absorbed Protein by Primordial Performance or MyoFusion by Gaspari Nutrtion. If you want something even more convenient than protein powder, try Muscle Gels by Muscle Pharm.

thanks for the info. I have used primordial products. Actually I buy my products from Mark Alvisi at his Pro Sports Nutrition. Obviously being a Gaspari athlete, he did recommend that. I will give it a try. thanks for info
