So decided to work out fasted this morning with just some bcaas/eaas with 3 caps ofbefore i left for the gym. Intra set recovery was great, but my cns feels worn out and im not sure why? I have had this cough for the past week, so i may be just a little sick. I missed 245 on bench, which i really thought i would get.
BB Flat bench:
V- Grip pulldown (felt strong as hell on this!):
255x almost got a full rep
Machine pec-deck/flies to failure:
190x24 (my chest was DESTROYED after this)

Workout was great except missing 245 on bench, that i was really hoping i would get. I think Friday im going to do either a DC style workout for arms or repeat what i did monday with Dips/Curls but try heavier. The blueprint calls for a 6 workout GLP phase, but i think i will wait till monday for that so i have time to and ill start assuming i can bench 240.
