I did a Havoc cycle (anabolicminds.com/forum/supplement-reviews-logs/83130-rpn-havoc-log.html w/pics) when I was 42. Pulse dosing, 30mg M/W/F, 2 pills in the am, 1 after my workout (mid afternoon). Sides were some wicked backpumps and joint pain for the last 2 weeks.and Cissus didn't seem to help. Pumps and pain faded after finishing Havoc.
I was recomping and ended up gaining about 7 pounds (184 - 191) and leaned out a percent or two. I didn't do any PCT and ended up keeping it all and even gaining more following as I kept my calories up. I topped at 198, then had to get some elbow surgery.
Since then it seems to be one injury after another..... although I did hit 1,000 in a powerlifting contest last spring (with a 235 bench - pitiful, but my elbows are shot).
So now here I am 3 years later back at 184/185, but carrying a bit more fat than before (~15%). Last cycle I mainly did a 5x5 workout for strength. This time I was planning a more BB type workout with higher reps and some more iso work for a cutting cycle.
Rather than pulse, I was going to run 5 straight weeks. I wanted to get some feedback from the experts on how it looks:

week 3: Havoc @ 10mg, Liv52, Liver Longer, R-ALA, Cissus

week 5: Havoc @ 30mg, Liv52, Liver Longer, R-ALA, Cissus
week 6: Havoc @ 30mg, Liv52, Liver Longer, R-ALA, Cissus
week 7: Havoc @ 40mg, Liv52, Liver Longer, R-ALA, Cissus
week 1: Post , Reversitol,
week 2: PCS, Reversitol,
