Welcome to my first log!!!
I started with phytoserm 3 days ago and will be taking one cap daily first thing in the morning which for me is pre-work out.
I'm looking to gain some strength, have increased energy and aggression, and develop more lean muscle.
I'm adding phyto to my cutting cycle with Lipo 6 (2 tablets twice a day).
Eating really clean (high protien, mid carb, mid fats) diet with one cheat meal a week.
I lift five days a week:
Day 1 - Legs
Day 2 - Bi's and Tri's
Day 3 - Abs
Day 4 - Back
Day 5 - Chest and Shoulders
Do 15 - 20 mins cardio after lifting at least 3 days a week.
Current Body Weight is 166, looking to get down to 155 by March.
