Sorry for the lack of posts, its finals week and i have been doing nothin but studyin my ass off.
I had back today, all i can say is holy crap! looking stacked thats for sure. Starting to get alittle bloat to my face but im not too worried. my neck and traps are def getting bigger. everything for that matter is getting bigger for sure.
in not having insane strength gains but my endurance is way up. i can rep out more at a heavier weight now
the only sides iam having right now is aggression, a bit of acne, and def back pumps!!! but all those i can live with.

body weight 4 sets to failure....im almost 240 so thats a lot of weight to pull up lol...they are dead hang pullups
