Ok, took the three caps throughout the day. I actually will be taking two caps an hour before i lift and if i lift in the morning i will take two before i lift then the third 8 hrs after my first dose

had legs today, nothing to report. going to be a slow week or so. But where are my starting numbers:

Two lifts for calves usually try and get three sets for each workout.

really short leg day, i usually do reg deads and lunges but i had to study for a major exam.

took my three caps the same as i did yesterday. did chest today and like i said im sure it will be a week or so before anything happens. So here it is:

Flat Bench:

four sets of ten just got a huge stretch and squeeze​

aggression is def up and my appetite is up...i love both of these. will check da strength here shortly.

ill throw up my lift when i get done.

no sides other than that...no acne or anything like that

had chest today. Strength and aggression is up. Freezin here in IL and i was just so pissed off cuz it was snowing and cold lol.

my shoulder hurt today so i didnt want to push it too hard today but i could def tell that the weight was light.

Incline DB Press:

Incline Smith Press:

Flat DB flys:
30x12, 40x12, 50x12, 50x12 went for the pump since the shoulder wasnt feelin to hot

High Cable Flys:
Just did 4 sets of 12, not sure what it says on the cables you have but i went up to 50lbs on each side.

Sorry for the lack of posts, its finals week and i have been doing nothin but studyin my ass off.

I had back today, all i can say is holy crap! looking stacked thats for sure. Starting to get alittle bloat to my face but im not too worried. my neck and traps are def getting bigger. everything for that matter is getting bigger for sure.

in not having insane strength gains but my endurance is way up. i can rep out more at a heavier weight now

the only sides iam having right now is aggression, a bit of acne, and def back pumps!!! but all those i can live with.

here is the back routine:

body weight 4 sets to failure....im almost 240 so thats a lot of weight to pull up lol...they are dead hang pullups​

lifts are great! im def starting to look huge. I am weighing in at 245 and i will be breaking through 250 for sure :D. i am eating everything in my way, so i am gaining a little fat but its ok i dont mind because i will be cutting after pct.

agression and libido is off the charts!!!! my apetite it def up also. still getting acne but that it, and its not even alot of acne.

Ok well i had legs today and its my last week but i love this stuff! great great great. squatted ATG the most i have ever even tried or thought of lol 500! thats right i was amazed, i wouldnt have tried it but my liftin buddy told me id have it and i did.

so close to bust through to 250. 247 today, i legit try to eat everthing i can. i started to hold water like week three but i seem to look dryer now.

no sides other than what i already stated :D
