Hello and Welcome to my log.

I just completed a 30 lbs body-fat loss and that diet, cardio is over now. Now it is time to up my calories some what , get back into training moderately heavy again, and put on some muscle. Goal: My main objective is to stay lean, close to my current body fat levels, and gain some strength. The reason why as a bodybuilding competitor I am focused on being lean year round is because I did some long and hard dieting the past few months getting 30 lbs of body fat off. I used to think it was okay to keep this much body fat on, now I know to be a competitor I have to stay lean ,not ripped, year round.

Nutrition: Currently is 225-275 P, 250-300 CHO, and 50 F = 2500-2600 calories. I may up it from here as I progress and I will reduce calories if needed if body fat is. My Plan right now is doing Chris Acteos contest rebound , not following to the exact T because I am again really making sure I stay lean.

The reason why I am not taking in as much protein as I normally do is that in Chris Aceto's rebound article it says with all the carbs/ just getting done from hard dieting not as much protein is needed as the carbs helps shuttle the protein into the muscle. After I stall with this method I'll go back to higher protein

Training: My shoulder still has some healing to do and I am doing exercises that do not bother it so i can not push real hard, especially on chest and shoulders. Basically My goal is do the best I can do while paying to strict attention to my form and anything that causes any even slight pain , avoid it.

Sleep- 8-10 hours per night on average.

Supplements" Current supplements I use regularly are
Maniac- Great pre-workout drink really got a good impression of it the first time I tried it and it helps a good bit with my pumps in the gym.
Perform- I take this with my pre-workout meal as it may help with extra aggression. It also is a potent sexual enhancer. Ever heard of guys taking Viagra pre-workout
Testopro- This is the best of the best natural testosterone boosters I have come across indicted by the human study it has on it. This is the only testosterone booster I know that has a human study showing its effectiveness increase free testosterone by over 98 percent. I am attaching a PDF of the human study or you might can find it if you google it.

I could be wrong on the numbers I am just pulling them from memory. and I dont remember if he took one or two before the pro/cho meal and the insulin/glucose test.

Oh wow, I would love to read that!! I almost changed my legal name to Sodium bonded (R-isomer)Alpha Lipoic Acid. It wouldn't fit on my drivers license though... :02: (tear)

No wonder I couldn't find it, lol.
ok guys here are my blood results from today:


post pre-wo meal: 118
post workout(sipping on maximize): 115
20 minutes post Glycobol: 86



at the 30 minute mark I had already begun my MMA training class, and I swear I felt those damn shakes again. I took a few quick swigs of gatorade and felt better. I will get more precise numbers(30 minutes after glycobol instead of 20) next week.
doesnt look like it, however certain variables still come into play. i didnt realize you have to wash ur hands before every test, so this may be a factor. i also wish i was able to wait 10 more mins when i FELT myself going hypo, as opposed to before hand. it probably wouldve dropped another 10-15 points imo
agreed.


2 pills of Glycobol = ABOUT 5iu of insulin imo.

Final Review:


Overall, this product is the bee's knees. It significantly lowered my blood sugar levels when tested with a glucosemeter, and it made me feel as it I had injected a small/moderate amount of insulin.


Fat loss: 9/10 - I noticed an awesome leaning out while on this product...and my diet was pretty ****ty!

Strength Gain: 5/10 - Nothing intense, for me anyway

Working as claimed: 20/10 - not one exaggeration. this stuff works.







I will be using this almost year round from now on I believe. A+ AI!

This is one exercise I really enjoy but I can't use as many lbs as you do.
I have much work to do to bring them up to my ears and hold them for one or two seconds. My form could be better esp on the heavier sets

much better to do better meticulous form which if I did weight would be lower but I felt like moving heavy weight just to stress the traps because this is a weak point on how I am built (long neck)

Some of you who haven't seen my video on form check it out. Look how I do my pull downs I hold it at the bottom. I could well swing around a ton of weight sloppily if I wanted. My barbell rows needed improvement on that video, I was trying them the Yates way, not all the way bent over. I'm not saying I dont have picture perfect form all the time and may slap on extra weight , do partials at the end of a set sometimes to totally stimulate the muscle, overall though I tend to be on the side of the form nazi's

Thanks Aaelael. Average gain I cant say as that depends on whether you are training balls out intensity and how nutrition is + or _ calorie intake , when I use the swole stack my strength increases and I feel better because of the incredible ingredients in the swole stack

Ive increased strength on over maintenance and below maintenance while using the swole stack. It impresses myself

"Went to a chiropractor today he said I have something wrong with my lower left neck that is effecting my shoulder. May start treatment after I find out more because Ive got to move heavy weight and as I am working my way back up to heavy weights if it hurts I have to get it done!

I like the combination of machines, and bars/dumbells. It's just fun to mix things up, and gives a new found bonus to stale routines.

I try to use machines on exercises that I have a hard time getting great form on. I mostly use the free weights but the machines have a purpose.:)

Seated Calve raises 45+25=10x's 45+45+5=8x's
(Shoes on, I usually do them barefooted)
Donkey calve raises 315=8x's
(smith, barefooted)
standing calve raise 400lbs= 10x's, 490lbs=10x's

leg extensions(body masters) 120lbs=13x's
Leg press (wide) 4 plates=12x's (easy), 5 plates=8x's
Hack squat- 275lbs=9x's

Porter Cortell(spelling), an ifbb professional that used to compete years ago used to have some weak skinny calves, in his training DVD he swears doing calves barefooted made them grow. In that video his calves are cows
