WarcraftJJS's Purple new drink is for InTraining (Sponsered)

I would like to thank Controlled Labs and RenegadeRows for sponsoring this log.

Org. Posting: Want to log ANY product from Controlled Labs? Post here!

Little info on the Controlled Labs's Purple InTrain:

    Were to get Purple InTraining:
    Nutraplanet: http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/c...-2-18-lbs.html

    The Intra Workout Solution!

Designed to shine where other products fall short, Purple InTrain is the anabolic INTRA workout solution, but taking INTRA workout supplementation to the next level wasn't easy. While amino acids are the king of building muscle, many also prefer a moderate amount of carbs during training because of the muscle sparing effect. Stored in the sarcoplasm of muscle fibers, muscle glycogen is short term energy storage we can take advantage of during a workout.

    Key attributes:

Hydrolyzed Whey and Free Form Amino Acids for optimal performance and growth
    Active muscle glycogen enhancement
Exclusive herbal extract for carbohydrate shuttling
    Fuel your training intensity
Potent vitamin and electrolyte complex designed for the serious athlete

Instead of just combining sugars and amino acids like so many products, Purple InTrain features designer carbohydrates, glycine, and banaba extract for dramatic muscle glycogen enhancement.... results you can SEE and FEEL ! CONTROLLED LABS didn't stop there.... InTrain features both Hydrolyzed Whey and Free Form Amino Acids like leucine for optimal performance and growth, along with the ergogenic beta-alanine and potent b-vitamin delivery for endurance.

    Final Review:

Like I have said before I really like having a in workout drink. I believe that you need to be taking in something during your workouts because your tearing down your body you don't just want to have to wait till your post protein drink to have something added to your body and then you post meal.

So I can say that Controlled Labs Purple InTraining, really does fit the bill for giving you what you need for your really hard training day to your lite cardio days.

First it really helps with just giving you something else to drink then just water, don't get me wrong I like water but sometimes a flavor is great.

Next the profile of InTraining is great gives you some protein and amino acids for building. Also some Carbs and Vitamins to keep you going for the hour or more that you are at the gym.

So this is how I felt about Controlled Labs: Purple Intraining.

Taste = 9/10 I did enjoy the flavor I even couple times drank it about half way down in the bottle and add more water and the flavor stayed with it.

Mixablity = 9/10 I did have some mixing problems because you really shouldn't shake the bottle you are using to mix InTrain because it will foam up, as long as you use a spoon or fork to mix it it will work out great.

Energy = 10/10 Keeped me going at the gym the whole time I was there.

Side Effects = 10/10 Nothing to name for me.

Final = 9.5/10 All in all I liked Intraining and I have bought a new bottle already. And will stay a staple in my supplements. Tho it will share "in workout" with one other training supplement just because I change a couple of my supplements every couple months.

Thanks again for another great product Controlled Labs no problems with this one for me!

best pumps and focus I got on a pre workout was from MM, its def worth a try, personally I'd go with the grape, but the Purus punch (or whatever its called) isn't terrible.

Yup the carb source leaves a tiny bit of sediment left, but considering how much good stuff is in it, the mixibility is quite good.

    Good numbers bro.

Curious, why do you do your elliptical before weights?

I do just a little cardio before my workout just to warm up. If I use the elliptical it also helps with warming up my arms. Maybe it's in my mind but I just like the feeling of a small warm up to my main work out.

Ya I'm really liking it, and really liking the taste. It fits great with my other supplements and adds the needed additions when I workout. I always like having a "in workout" supplement. Gives me something else then just water to drink!
