JCunningham need some "MoTiVaTiOn"! AI Motivate log!!

This is a log on Motivate to test its effectiveness as an advanced, general all day, no crash stim ****tail!

Day 1(yesterday):
Took 3 an hour pre gym training because I had no preworkout.
After an hour, I was stimmed but not jittery.
Had an awesome clean focused workout and even outlasted my lifting partner and then some!
was energized until 1am and I had taken my dose around 3:45pm.

Day 2 was yesterdays:
Didnt take in the morning because I had a lot of energy.
Waited and took a cap at 8pm to be able to stay up past 1am.
It woked, had clean energy into the late night smokin hookah!



Day 3 today:
Going to take 2 caps once I get out of bed, need a bit of energy so I can shower and mow lawn.

Motivate saves my arse during the week when classes get a little intense....as a matter a fact Im about to pop a couple of pills now to get ready for my all day study marathon!

I was on the graveyard shift from March through October and regularly used Motivate. I prefer to use two capsules at a time and then take another two about two hours later, if needed.

Ahh yes Motivate's strengths are focus and longevity...it's a little different than some of the really powerfull preworkouts but it definitely has it's place and is very flexible.

That is what I like most about Motivate is that it's different from most of the other pre-workouts or stims. Most of the others I crash hard on but Motivate at 2 caps is nice focus and no crash.

Update:
Took 2 caps wakeup and bam ready for work at 7am.
First time I looked like I didnt just hop out of bed and get to worked.
I am still a bit stimmed

I have been using the eca stack and in my opinion it is best to not mix geranium and ephedrine. Both of them have cross tolerance.

I always use geranium on the days I did not use ephedrine. For fatloss ephedrine works much better than geranium for myself. For "feel good" effects geranium because it crosses the brain blood barrier pretty significantly and ephedrine does not.
